The work on my car was fine. What I did not like was being ignored upon arrival. Two workers were waiting on customers when I arrived. When one customer left, I stood another five minutes or more while one worker continued on with his paperwork and waited for the printer. He finally said something to the effect of be with you in a minute. A woman at the far computer finally called me over. I am not sure I am returning. More
It was a pleasure to be able to come into a dealership that I felt like really cared about me. The representative that worked with me to get my car taken care of for my oil change, and for my wire danglin that I felt like really cared about me. Mazda of Milford is a well organized dealership with employees that exhibit professionalism. Kimberly Maselli, our sales consultant is keenly aware and practices excellent communication that encompasse employees that exhibit professionalism. Kimberly Maselli, our sales consultant is keenly aware and practices excellent communication that encompasses timely return of messages and phone calls. I initially visited the dealership on their Closed On Sunday schedule to view available Mazda3 sedans. I called Mazda of Milford on Monday and spoke with Kimberly about my Sunday visit. Kimberly was able and willing to schedule a 1:30 PM appointment on Saturday for a test drive for my wife and I. Kimberly Followed up prior to the appointment to check that the time was still fit our needs. Following two test drives and discussions of different sedan trim levels we made are selection. Although the Mica Blue color was not on the lot Kimberly assured us that a Mica Blue sedan is available. During the week following several timely text messages our insurance information was processed quickly by Tuesday ready for delivery on Saturday. Again, with Kimberly worked out our Saturday trip to Mazda of Milford. Kimberly utilized at least 45 minutes instructing us on setting up the available electronic settings on the vehicle. Everyone up to and including the owner spoke with us in a retaxed and informative manner. More
