My salesperson, Keili was wonderful. She always returned my calls in a timely manner and answered all my questions. However, the dealership itself was lacking in many ways. First, I contacted the dealership numerous times to obtain a copy of the current lease I had at the times. I never received a copy but was given many excuses as to why I didn’t get it. Next, the pick up day of my car kept getting delayed because the title was misplaced. This caused issues with my insurance and the next payment on my lease. I was told by Marwan that I could call my insurance agent and call the leading company to ask for an extension. I replied that I didn’t appreciate the extra work I was given for something I didn’t cause. Once again, Keili was great and help manage my frustrations. More

I had a great experience purchasing my first car at Mazda of Milford. They were efficient and very reliable. When I first walked in to look at the cars, it was 30 minutes to close and we planned to just look of Milford. They were efficient and very reliable. However Kim and Justyn stayed an hour and a half past close allowing us to test drive the car and put down a down payment. Kim was exceptional she provided us with insight on the car was very personable allowing us to trust purchasing a car from her. If I were to refer anyone to Mazda I would make sure to include Kim.
