Great experience at City World Ford today. Worked with Rafael and he was fantastic. Honest kind and worked to get us the best deal. We went in looking for a specific car and Rafael showed us multiple comprable options. We ended up going with another car he recommended with much more options that Rafael was able to negotiate for a similar price. Bad experience I will not refer ANYONE to them!!!! Still can’t drive my new van, only had it for 2 weeks and it’s been at the dealership for 4 days and I was told it was ready to be picked up and all set when I got there. Nothing was completely done that was supposed to be done in my contract and drove it home an hour away and got stuck on the side of the highway now no one will return my call and still waiting. I’ve been putting phone calls into them and no one has returned my call. This is not the first time when I first picked it up. I called into my sales person and did not get a call back. I had to go down there and when I went to go see the vehicle they told me it was sold, and then all of a sudden it was available. It was sitting in the shop. My sales person rushed me to fill out the paperwork for financing before I even test drove it so I was not aware of any issues it had until I already had the loan and went outside to drive at home and it was smoking very bad and I thought I was gonna get stuck on the highway so I called them up and had to bring it back in. Now I’m stuck with a vehicle that does not start and waiting to see what they’ll do. In the meantime I paid for insurance I put money down and can’t go to work without my running van. Not fair at all. I just went there to get a reliable vehicle so I can make a living and get to work, but that’s not happening not too happy and the only one there who would help me at all was Marcy and the finance department other than that I would not refer nobody to this dealership. I am really disgusted. I shouldn’t have to chase them around after giving them business.

I've bought three cars from them and after this experience I won't ever again. The salesperson and I picked out a vehicle that fit my needs and they had in stock. Since my car was dangerous to drive I needed a car ASAP, which is why I was willing to buy a used car. After waiting for 20 minutes he shows up with a totally different vehicle and says that they had loaned the vehicle out and it wouldn't be coming back for over a week. I explained that I was highly interested and I know that when I had a specific loaner that they traded it out early since they needed the car. I reached out to the salesperson to see if they had gotten the car and his response was he's working on it. I called D'Ana in customer service who said that she would look into it. Apparently my business wasn't important to them. Today, I got a call that the car is back. Too late as I needed a car.
