Brought my car in for an inspection and have to say they were prompt courteous and wonderful to deal with. The staff was top notch and couldn’t have asked for better. Suggested services where mentioned but there was no strong arming or persuasion. Other dealerships and service centers should take note, this is how it’s done right!

Sales team was very accommodating and easy to work with. They allowed me to take the vehicle for 3rd party inspection. Finance team was also very friendly and easy to work with. They were able to meet the rate that my local bank was offering. This allowed me to do financing on the spot. I had a lot of questions about buying out of state and the team took care of it all for me. Temporary plates and registration. Submitted my old plates in my home state and shipped me my new plates along with my states registration. This allowed me to drive away in the vehicle that day instead of days or weeks later. Great service!

The problem was taken care of immediately and they also performed two more warranty services while I was there saving me a return trip. Stephanie, the service manager, was extremely helpful and courteous. The entire facility is impressive and I will be returning there for future service needs.

I returned a week after delivery to have a Zurich Shield protection product applied and found the service department was also topnotch. I will certainly be returning there for maintenance and any future purchase.

Awesome experience! I have bought numerous cars from Tony Delena and he is absolutely the best salesperson I have ever worked with (and I have worked with numerous dealers during the past 35 years). Unlike many past experiences with other dealers, dealing with Tony and the entire Honda of Danbury team is a pleasure. They are honest and fair. Service department is also top notch. Don't buy your Honda anywhere else!
