Admittedly, prior to my visit to the dealership, I felt a little skeptical about whether Simon and team would have something this go round that would truly fit my needs. However, within minutes of my arrival, Simon proved once again why I had come back. From start to finish, the sales experience was smooth, relaxed, and pressure-free. Most of the paperwork was handled ahead of time online, and once I arrived, everything moved quickly and efficiently. For his part, it should be mentioned that Simon is personable, professional, and genuinely easy to work with. No sales gimmicks, no awkward pushing — just a down-to-earth guy who knows how to make the process simple and comfortable. A shoutout as well to Mix, who was equally professional, transparent, and easy to talk to throughout the process. And then came the best part — seeing the car: a beautiful 2026 Honda Civic. I was delighted. Even without being the top trim/model, Honda consistently equips these cars with impressive features and a sleek, modern design inside and out. I was visiting my son in Simsbury and my new Honda Pilot had a glitch in the information screen. . When I contacted the local Hoffman dealership to see if they could help me, they were so accommodating. U had a glitch in the information screen. . When I contacted the local Hoffman dealership to see if they could help me, they were so accommodating. Upon my arrival, my car was immediately taken for evaluation and within the hour it was fixed! RE: car had problems with starting. Kelly in the Service Department carefully reviewed the issue with me. . She was most attentive to the customers concerns that the starter solenoid w Kelly in the Service Department carefully reviewed the issue with me. . She was most attentive to the customers concerns that the starter solenoid was not functioning as designed. Kelly offered the alternative of a re-built starter, if it was required. The car then went through a complete check-up by the qualified Honda mechanics.on site. It was determined that the problem was with the battery. A new battery was installed. The customer picked up the car later in the afternoon. The whole experience was most satisfactory. Additionally, the customer save a significant amount of money because of the trouble-shooting of the Honda mechanics. Well done Hoffman Honda Team. More
