I decided to go buy on a Sunday around 3pm. i walked in and met Mike " Salty" Saltman. I can't say enough about how relaxing and pleasant the environment and the experience was. Canobie Lake Toyota Salem NH is the best dealership I have experienced.. today I had the oil change at 5000 miles for my new 2025 Toyota Corolla XSE which I also purchased here.. Johley the service representative who worked with me is attentive and efficient.. she got me a discount on the oil change.. the oil used for my XSE is new and unique to the XSE and another model.. Oil change was done in under an hour..I will continue to have all the service on my new XSE done here as well as my extended family.. All employees seem happy to be working here and that says volumes about the dealership.. when its time to purchase my next Toyota i will surely be buying it here.. although that probably won’t be for a few years because I love this XSE and for sure will be driving it for many years Sincerely Shawn C

I recently purchased a used Honda from this dealership and have had a deeply disappointing experience. Despite assurances during the sale that the vehicle was in excellent condition, my trusted mechanic discovered multiple issues including transmission codes and a faulty seat module. When I reported these problems, I was met with dismissive responses, including the sales manager claiming my mechanic was "lying." After multiple attempts to resolve these issues, I've experienced poor communication, broken promises, and a concerning lack of accountability. While they eventually agreed to fix the seat module issue, getting them to honor this commitment has been unnecessarily difficult- and not yet resolved I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone valuing transparency, honesty, and customer service.

Worth your time - we ended up not buying here as they didn’t have exactly what we were looking for. Dan in particular was awesome! He talked for a while with us about Armada trims, even though he knew they didn’t have what we were looking for on their lot. We ended up taking that advice and buying it at another local dealer that had what we were looking for (‘22 Armada SL). We liked these guys so much that we came back here to look for another car we were purchasing but they didn’t end up going with the Nissan product this time.
