We recently purchased a used 2023 Lexus from Grieco Honda and had the pleasure of working with Alex Duarte from start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Alex Duarte is incredibly knowledgeable about engines and the mechanics of cars, and it really shows. He shared both his passion and valuable information that helped us make a well-informed decision. Our first test drive was relaxed and enjoyable—no rush at all.
We took our time researching before making the purchase, and throughout that process, we never felt pressured. Alex followed up with a thoughtful text to let us know the vehicle was still available and offered his help without being pushy.
After we brought the car home, we noticed a small chip in the windshield. I reached out to Alex, and he quickly arranged for the repair at no cost to us. The used car manager, Steven Sweeney, even provided us with a written warranty for the repair.
