I had to go get my new car registration and inspection sticker yesterday. I had also asked if they could clean the air vents while I was there. As soon as I walked in Derek was on top of getting the registration and Rick and Jeffrey were working on the inspection sticker and air vents. Unfortunately my plates were so ancient they would not have passed inspection. We had to change the plan last minute and get new plates. I can’t believe how quickly everyone worked to get everything done. I thought I would be there all day but everything was taken care of like it was top priority! I had such a wonderful experience and I can’t thank them enough for all their hard work.

I had tried to get this done at another dealership and was treated very badly. I want to say that I was treated very well at McGovern and told them so. The experience was so much better. Nothing but the best. Thank you Louis in service!!!!!!!. My truck started ticking while I was driving to the mall in Attleboro. I went to the closest dealer which was on RT 1 in Attleboro and they told me the engine needed to be replaced!!!!!! Called Louis and he told me no way. I have always changed oil etc. I had it towed to him and within 1 day I was driving again running like brand new!!! Instead of $16,000 for motor it was $400 to repair minor part. Great guys as always and thank you for taking care of me. I always bring my Tahoe to you this was an odd thing so I pulled into the other place because it was right where it started ticking. I will not go to another dealer no matter what if it has to be towed pushed or pulled. Thanks again from a loyal customer.

Brandon was very patient,caring and took his time explaining all my questions. I am very happy with the purchase of my 2025 Chevy Trax. We took a test drive and Brandon sat in the car and explained all the new features. So many new great features was confusing but Brandon told me not to hesitate to come back with any other questions and he didn't lie😀. Another salesman heard him say that and said if Brandon wasn't in anyone of the salesmen would be happy to help me. Brandon, other salesmen and receptionist were awesome. I am a very disappointed Diamond auto group service customer, I wouldn’t recommend them for service work to anyone. I purchased a 2021 GMC Acadia Denali from an Arkansas Chevy/GMC dealer and had it shipped to Massachusetts where I live. The car has 45k miles on it in very nice condition and no NE winters. Upon receiving the car the backup/surround vision camera was working intermittently, maybe 50% of the time. Looking the up problem there is a recall for this exact problem. I have purchased a number of cars this way and accept that risk. I made an appointment to have the car looked at to see if it would be covered by the recall. Providing the VIN I was told the recall has already been performed. I still wanted to get the camera repaired so I made the appointment to have the problem diagnosed. The day before the car was to be taken to the dealer I was called to cancel because the service advisor was not going to be available. I misunderstand and thought that the person performing the work was not available, so the appointment was rescheduled. The service advisor is the person that checks the vehicle in, why did my appointment get cancel for that reason? I was quoted $199 to diagnose the problem, (the symptoms are exactly the same as the manufacture recall) so not something totally unique to my car’s problem. The car was in the diamond shop for a couple of days and I was informed that the rear camera was the problem and needed to be replaced (quote $521). The repair was approved and the service performed. I picked up the car and the problem was still the same, replacing the rear camera did not resolve the problem. I left the car again for about another 10 days and was called to inform me that they wanted another $600 to continue the diagnostics of the camera system. I declined and picked up the car. I then looked up the parts that were to be replaced as part of the recall repair (GM 86775887 and 86775888). Thinking that those would be a dealer only part and difficult to acquire. To my surprise they are easily available from a number of online vendors, seems that maybe this is not such a unique problem. Next I purchased the two parts from RockAuto and with a few hours of my time fixed the problem for $92.32 (tax and shipping included) by replacing the two cables that were replaced as part of the recall. Seems GM still has quality issues on these cables so replacing them for a 2nd time resolved the problem. I was charged $199 for diags, $521 for a camera that did not need to be replaced, and $17.61 in shop fees and I still had the same problem I brought the car in for and I fixed it myself for less than $93. I am not a mechanic (retired IT) the dealership should have been able to better diagnose this reoccurring problem with this make and model.

I recently purchased a 2025 Tahoe Z71 from Cargill Chevrolet, and after dealing with several other dealerships, I can confidently say most dealers are still stuck playing games—Cargill isn’t - especially now that its under new management. I came into this process fully prepared: pre-approved financing, strong understanding of interest rates, and real trade-in offers for my 2021 Silverado 2500HD. I knew exactly what a fair deal looked like. Dealerships like Bolles Motors, Gengras Chevrolet, Papa's Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and Scranton Chevrolet of Norwich made the process unnecessarily painful. They dodged simple questions, refused to give out-the-door pricing unless you came in, pushed vague “dealer add-ons” they couldn’t explain, and tried to run the typical four-square nonsense to control the conversation. Some even insisted on taking copies of my license upfront—clearly more interested in working the deal behind the scenes than being transparent. Two of those experiences were flat-out unacceptable. One salesperson became disrespectful, and at another dealership I was essentially told to “get out” after pointing out a major issue—a large mouse nest in the engine bay—and trying to negotiate accordingly. That’s not how you treat a serious buyer, especially one who knows what they’re looking at. Then I called Cargill—and everything changed. Casey gave me real numbers over the phone right away. No runaround. I told them if they could match my trade, beat my interest rate, and meet my price, I’d drive 1.5 hours and buy that same day. They delivered—exactly. Working with Lance was the complete opposite of every other dealership. No pressure, no games, no wasted time. They matched my trade, beat my financing, and sold me the Tahoe under asking. We wrapped everything up in under 2.5 hours. On top of that, the vehicle was fully detailed, registered, and ready for pickup the next day—and they even included an extra factory key at no charge. That’s what a professional, transparent car buying experience looks like. If you enjoy wasting time and dealing with dealership tactics, go to the others. If you want a straight deal with honest people, go to Cargill and ask for Lance. 10/10.

So after numerous trips to the dealership for numerous codes on my 2023 Chevy Colorado any having my truck for a whole week. I get it back with the same problems and a charge and excuse that it was my aftermarket lights. After disconnecting my aftermarket lights still having the issue I returned the truck for another chance at fixing it. Once again having the truck for four days they said it checks out an no problems what so ever. Welp I had another check engine light and decided to check the codes at advance auto parts. Every code was a low voltage code. Four codes and they stated it was the battery not holding a charge. Replaced the battery and it has been 2 whole weeks and no check engine codes what so ever. So find a dealer that a service dept that cares and what's to find your problem. Many hours of my time and there time wasted and were unable to find the problem. Simple fix !

I had brought my car to my micanic for an oil change and told him about a recall I received for the Rear Crossmember he would not touch my car except to check that out. I called Tom Chevrolet and made the apointment. When I picked it up they said it was fine and put a coating on it. I then brought the car back to my micanic and they told me they didn't do anything and the rear cross member was all rusted and they only had coated what you could see by looking at it. I then call Chris and brought the car back to the dealership. I called the next day and Chris said it was just rusted, I said that is the same as corroded and he said no it was not. So we went back and forth for about 15 minutes. Then he tells me they used a machine to punch into the bar to test it. So I said, now is rusting out with punch holes in it and that just makes it worse. He kept say no and he's not changing it and I can do what ever I need to and call whom ever I want but he's not changing it. I can take it to another dealership. I have bought my last two cars there and 3 of my girlfriend also did. We will never do anything with them again. Every since they changed hands they are so aweful.
