Recently, I had a phenomenal experience at Bernardi Toyota located in Framingham (MA). I began with the General Manager, Bob Kenney. I was interested in purchasing a Toyota Prius LE in Wind Chill Pearl exterior color with a grey interior. Initially, none were available. But fortunately, he any my Sales Consultant, Trevor Loring, located one in NJ. Trevor was both personable and professional. He actually drove to NJ to retrieve the Prius LE and drove it back that same day! Remarkable customer service! Thanks to both Bob and Trevor at Bernardi Toyota for such a great experience.

She got my FJ in, belt replaced and kept me informed of progress. Excellent tech work. Outstanding Customer Service, 5 Star. Natasha is the best.
