I had such am amazing experience from the moment I walked in to the moment I was able to get my new vehicle bill helped us with sales and was wonderful in helping us look for the exact vehicle he wasn't pushy and we never felt rushed. Alex helped us with the business and financing of my vehicle he went over all the bells and whistles and made sure that I knew what I was getting and making sure I was happy with the price we had amir go over all the functions in my vehicle and he made sure all my questions were answered. I must say, I have never dealt with a car dealer or dealership and left feeling the way I did leaving Lundgren! James was very professional and had my best interest at heart. There was never any pressure and he was so easy to talk to. He answered all my questions and never made me feel like I was dumb or wasting his time. Once I purchased the vehicle, he spent lots of time showing me all the unique features of my new car. While the service was generally good and I was comfortable during the three hours I had to wait, I was frustrated with the cause of the problem (a car repair shop used a non-Honda light bulb when rerpairing my car after an accident) and I received 2 calls from Lia after the work they did was dfone claiming my credit card payment didn't go through when I was able to find that it had on my on-line account with the credit card company.

Brian and sal are the best dealer and financial man! Also best service. There are not enough words to explain their level of kindness as well as they went above and beyond! When we had problems with. Keep we bought 2 months ago and they fixed it for free and gave us a brand new crv to barrow while they worked on our jeep. On our way to return the crv we were in a serious accident and totaling the crv and had some broken bones and torn ligaments and all they cared about was how we were doing! These people are not just excellent in all aspect of their service but lead with the kindness of their hearts and souls. While dropping off her CRV at Bedard’s in Cheshire last Monday, my wife took more time than usual to come out of the building. When she opened my car door, she said, “You’ve got to see this car.” We’d been talking about possibly buying a new vehicle soon, but I thought perhaps in the fall. She wanted me to see the red Honda CRV Hybrid Sport L on the show room floor. Well, I couldn’t disagree with her—it was a sharp-looking, comfortable hybrid, which I particularly liked. While she drove me to work, she asked what I thought. I told her I liked it, and we agreed that she go back and speak with Jarod, the service manager we’ve gotten to know and trust over the past 13+ years. Jarod introduced my wife to salesman Hayden, who wasn’t pushy (you don’t push my wife). By the end of the day, my wife was driving home in her new Honda Hybrid, I was following in my new (her former) CRV, and we retired another Honda after ten years of service to our family. We appreciate Honda’s quality products and are loyal Bedard customers; they’ve earned our loyalty.
