One of my least favorite things to do is buy a new car but my salesman Shu Noory was one of the best I have worked with. He was helpful and patient in assisting me to find the appropriate car to meet my n but my salesman Shu Noory was one of the best I have worked with. He was helpful and patient in assisting me to find the appropriate car to meet my needs, no high pressure and multiple test drives. Knowledgeable about the different models. When a few glitches arose after delivery, as sometimes happen, he was right there, available, supportive and facilitated prompt response and resolution. The one thing that was not up to my expectations was the car cleaning upon delivery. There were both interior and exterior areas that were not up to par and seemed to have been hastily done, ie hard surfaces and screens dusty, smudges, grease spots, shipping protection not removed. That being said, I highly recommend Mohawk Honda and Shu. More

We had an excellent experience with buying our new CRV. Emily, our salesperson, was very courteous and friendly. She listened to our needs and requests and made valuable suggestions to us.
