I had a wonderful experience with my latest vehicle purchase at Mohawk Honda. I showed up with no appointment and small children. Nonetheless the team squeezed me into a busy day and we were driving home in our new Piolot in 3.5 hours soup to nuts. Couldnt be happier with the experience, personalities, price point, and respect of our time. Specifically Cody King, Tyler Haraden, and Frank Fattoruso took ownership of my buying experience. Extra thanks to Kristie Lynch for coaching me on the technology that comes along with a 2025 vehicle.

I only had an oil change done but it was done quickly and I was very happy with everything and everyone at Honda in Burlington. Joanne - and everyone we have met at Brandfon Honda have always been willing to listen and if we are concerned or do not understand something, they take the time to explain it. On our most recent service visit, we had a complaint about our windshield wipers. They not only checked every feature, they explained why the wipers work the way they do. Sales team was very accommodating and easy to work with. They allowed me to take the vehicle for 3rd party inspection. Finance team was also very friendly and easy to work with. They were able to meet the rate that my local bank was offering. This allowed me to do financing on the spot. I had a lot of questions about buying out of state and the team took care of it all for me. Temporary plates and registration. Submitted my old plates in my home state and shipped me my new plates along with my states registration. This allowed me to drive away in the vehicle that day instead of days or weeks later. Great service!
