We completed the initial paperwork for a vehicle and were told we could bring a bank check the following day. We were also informed that without payment, the car could still be sold—but that they would hold told we could bring a bank check the following day. We were also informed that without payment, the car could still be sold—but that they would hold the vehicle for a few hours if we sent a photo of the bank check. We obtained the check, sent a photo as requested, and drove to the dealership with it (not extremely close by). At that point, we were waiting for my husband to be available later that day to return and sign the final paperwork. Despite already having confirmation (in writing) that they would hold the car with the check, we were later told that another buyer was coming to look at the vehicle and that it could be sold if we didn’t come in immediately to sign. This was extremely frustrating, especially since they already had proof of payment and had indicated the car would be held. In the end, my husband had to leave work early just to secure the vehicle, which should not have been necessary given what we were originally told. We did ultimately complete the purchase, only because we had been dealing with car dealers for a while and was done. More

Danny the sales person took the time to inform me and test drive both the Accord and the Civic models. He listened to my reactions and gave me time to think them through. Both Danny and Brian, the manage test drive both the Accord and the Civic models. He listened to my reactions and gave me time to think them through. Both Danny and Brian, the manager, listened to my needs and choices carefully and provided an experienced person to show me how my new car worked. They met me more than halfway and helped me deal with leading and purchase details. The overall emphasis was not on selling but on meeting my needs and exceeding my joy. Already having used Herb Chambers excellent service department for my prior car, I know I made the best dealer choice! More

I’ve been a customer here for years and have purchased four cars from this dealership, which is why I chose to return for service. Unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I ord four cars from this dealership, which is why I chose to return for service. Unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered a part that needed to be replaced and, three weeks later, dropped my car off overnight as instructed. The next day, I received a call as if they had no idea why my car was there. It turned out the part had never even been ordered. Mistakes can happen, but what frustrated me most was the way it was handled. Brian, who I believe may have been the service manager, brushed it off as if it wasn’t a big deal that I now had to make a third trip back for their mistake. I live over an hour away, and not once was there an apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. They eventually fixed the issue a week later and provided a loaner, but the lack of accountability and basic courtesy was unacceptable. It felt as though their error was somehow my problem to deal with. It’s unfortunate, because I’ve always liked the sales team, but the service department—particularly the manager—needs serious improvement in how they treat customers. This level of customer service is not what I would expect from a dealership I’ve trusted for years, and because of this experience, I will not be returning. More
