Always super friendly interactions with the folks in the service department here, and given the busyness of the service department on that particular day, my service was completed in a timely manner. The only blemish on this service was not being notified of any other additional services if needed - i.e. my rear windshield wiper is really old and falling apart, and there was not a suggestion made to replace it. Otherwise, great service here all around, thank you!! One other thing - I created an online profile account for service here, and I was unable to link my VIN to it, if we can get that fixed somehow. Thanks again!

When all was said and done what initially was a trip to look at cars, I ended up driving off the lot with one. The customer service my husband and I received was above and beyond. I had been looking online at multiple dealerships and Haley had the best price on my top choice vehicle. We went on a Friday at 6pm to look at the vehicle and talk numbers on my trade-in. Haley gave me more than any other dealer had offered for my trade and got me right where I wanted to be with my monthly payment on a my new vehicle. Eric, the salesman who helped us answered every question, stayed after hours, and ensured that everything went smoothly with the finance side of things. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed by name and promptly served by Mr. Wright. He was complimentary of our vehicle and after driving and examining it offered a very fair price—way more than another dealership was allowing as a trade-in. A very pleasant experience.
