I would not recommend my worse enemy to use this - bennshannon61
I would not recommend my worse enemy to use this dealership. I took my car in a week ago to have a problem diagnosed. I was told when I took it in that it would be a few days before they could look at it and I was fine with that. On Thursday afternoon I received a call from Tanner, my Service Rep. He informed me that everything was set for the vehicle to go in Friday morning. I called back Friday after lunch and was told by Tanner that the mechanic assigned to it had been called away to a different area of the shop and no one had looked at it. I asked why he did not call to inform me of this and he told me that this is why he just called me. I reminded him that I called him and he insisted he called me. My wife just looked at me and laughed. I asked to talk to the Service Manager. I was informed this was Alan Pierce and he was not available but would call me back. I did receive a phone call from Alan pretty quickly. He told me that Tanner was mistaken and they had worked on the vehicle early in the morning. He told me they were trying to see if water was leaking into the engine and had put it through the car was 3 times. He said they had not found anything yet and had not been able to duplicate the problem. I asked why Tanner did not know this and Alan was unable to answer that. I informed him that I would be picking my car up immediately. Since I live close by I was there within 15 minutes. Tanner gave me my paperwork without ever looking at me and told me they were bringing my car around. When the person brought me my car it was as dirty (which was filthy) as when I dropped it off. It had been sitting for over a week with it raining off and on. I asked the valet if it looked as if my car had been washed. He just laughed and said "no way". I asked for the Service Manager to please come out. The Valet went to get him and told me he was on his way out.
Alan Pierce came out ready for a fight. He asked me what the problem was. I confronted him about the fact that the car was filthy and he had told me it was put through the was 3 times. He said that it was. I told him to look at the car and tell me it had been washed. He then changed and said what they did was run a little bit of water down the roof and into the engine and it didn't show any was leaking. I again showed him the roof and that there were no water marks whatsoever. He got even angrier, informed me that my car was filthy (duh) and started to walk off. I told him I can't believe he is a service manager and he is a f--king idiot. He started yelling at me and told me to take my language and my vehicle and leave. I had some more choice words for him. I asked Alan who was above him that I could talk to and he said he was the highest one there and there is no one else to talk to. I have all of this on my dash cam of his lying.
I then drove to the front of the building and talked with a very kind receptionist. I asked her if Alan was indeed the highest one there. She told me no, that Lee Rodriguez was the Sales Manager and over everyone there. I asked to speak with him and she called him and he came out. I told him the situation. He told me that he would look into it and get back to me. He said if I would like to bring my car back on Tuesday (Monday was Labor Day) he would make sure it was taken care of. He also informed me that he would find out what happened and call me back by the end of the day.
I took the car back in Monday and dropped it off. Tuesday around noon Lee called me and told me that they had looked at the car and knew what the problem was. He said he could not explain it as well as the other Service Manager Bryce could so he would have him call me if that was okay with me. I told him that would be okay and he assured me that Bryce would call me within 20 minutes. Hours later I was still waiting on a call and leaving voice messages for both Bryce and Lee. Finally, about 3 hours later Bryce called me to tell me what the problem was.
