Purchased a used 2021 Ford Ranger from this dealer about a month ago. Have had a couple of issues with the truck. First the passenger front windows stopped working and then a couple of weeks later the check engine light came on. Service department has been great! They replaced the window motor for free and repaired the EGR system under the extended warranty I purchased when I bought the truck. I live 30 miles from the dealership and both times they picked up and returned the truck to my home. Fantastic service!

Bailin is AWESOME!! Super informative and his customer service and follow up/follow through is second to none! I wanted a very specific vehicle with specific bells and whistles; though it was not on their lot, he quickly found it for me, and had it brought to the dealership! Dillon in finance is AWESOME (don't be fooled, he loves to smile and laugh when business is concluded!). I dealt directly with these two guys. Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and will have a conversation with you. I feel safe and will happily work with Kunes, Mt. Carroll, in the future!
