Went in to look at a truck about an hour before closing. Marcus was so helpful even though he was already helping 3 other groups as he was the only salesperson left for the day. While we started the process, due to it being late in the day, we weren’t able to finish. They helped me finish everything over the phone/online the very next day and even delivered the truck to me after I got home from work. I had questions on the paperwork, and the manager called me the following day to clarify it and answer all my remaining questions. Very helpful, and very professional. I have been to many dealerships and have never been treated this well. I will only ever shop at Woodland Motors.

They are efficient, effective , and very professional. This was a seamless process, and I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Sam Macuk is the guy you should see if you go here. Very kind, courteous, and didn't make me feel like a "stupid woman" driver like the first guy (who shall be nameless) did. After dealing with the first guy being rude just because I didn't get my oil changed at exactly the time the manual says I should (on my very low mileage car) and then telling me i had to leave my car for 2-3 days just to get a diagnosis on a code (not true), it was refreshing to finally talk to somebody who knew something about customer service and how to go the extra mile to help people. Sam understands that a little effort goes a long way and makes people remember you and ask for you again. Thanks Sam!

I saw a post online, recommending Randy at Simpson Chevrolet in Irvine. I live 80 miles away in the San Fernando Valley, but I was willing to travel a bit for the right car and the right deal. I am so glad I contacted Randy and made the purchase with Simpson Chevrolet!! I was so impressed by their professionalism! They facilitated the majority of the process online, so there was very little paperwork to do when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, saving my valuable time. The vehicle was ready at the time we had set, clean and in showroom condition. Tyler did a fantastic job, dealing with the last bits of paperwork and then showing me the car and setting up all the software in it for me. Based on my experience, I will highly recommend Simpson Chevrolet and Randy Pittner (& Tyler) to my friends and coworkers who are in the market for a new vehicle. 12 out of 10 stars!! I am very happy with my new Equinox EV. This is the first GM I have owned, and I am so impressed with the value of this car.
