I took my 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 into the dealership to have a rear camera issue fixed. The service representative, Nick, did a fantastic job in getting me set up with the technician, Dan, and he was able to fix my issue within an hour. Before you install an aftermarket light bar, be sure to talk to the dealer about which one to purchase so that it does not affect your electronics and to avoid potential corrosion both leading to my camera malfunctioning. Thanks Nick and Dan - you are appreciated!

This was the 4th Subaru we bought, 2024 Forester. My wife was very impressed with the forward vision, compared to her Crosstrek and my Outback. Because of our age it was time to downsize to one vehicle. We have been dealing with Sommers for 12 years. They are very honest, and have great people as employee's. I got off the track here, we took the car in for the first oil change, and Sara W the service writer is really good, she even had a computer upgrade done that improved the radio reception. Thank you to the whole Sommer's Subaru staff for always being so nice.

I am very impressed this visit as to the body shop guys ( took a ding out of my driver door ) also tuched up a couple spots, then gave me a bottle of touch up paint. Next the detail guys did great, also. Last of all, the service guys set me up right for winter, no need to tell them what all to do. Why you may wonder, because I have the best salesman in the store ( KEN. ) This man knows everything that needs done and relays the info to the service dept. while I just stand by and watch. That's the action I recieve. Thanks, Lynch team, you guys scored another one, in my book.

Johnson Motors is an incredible group of passionate folks. From Beth on the sales floor to Cam and Cale in maintenance, and Mark Olson in sales. I have spent a ton of time here as I put on tens of thousands of miles a year and I am never disappointed when I leave. In fact, I use JM of Menomonie as a gold standard for all other customer service experiences. I have yet to meet an organization that can hold a candle to this team.

Scheduled time slots only mean something if you wait for your service, otherwise it appears as though there is no point in scheduling a specific time. Indications are that although I scheduled a visit online there was no prior knowledge that I would be arriving and/or what services were requested. 0800 oil change, tire rotation, and 2 wheel alignment took 6 hours. I did state I needed it by 2 at the latest but assumed that was only apply if something drastic was found. I was also charged twice for a "battery service", which I still at this point believe to be a bit of a "sneaky charge". One was refunded to me after I questioned what I exactly got for that service. Some smoke about "charging my battery to 100% and cleaning corosion". Truck has 16K miles. Second visit upon learning my lesson on lack of time management, I requested a noon completion time for a 0920 appt and received no call indicating it wouldn't be done in time. When I called at 1245 they asked when is the latest I would need it by as they were having computer issues. 2 PM was stated as drop dead time and when I showed up at 2 they instructed me to have a seat and they'd let me know when it was finished. This was for a trailer brake controller recall and a radio service upgrade as I'm having problems with the radio controls. Radio issue still persists after 2 attempted updates. I don't blame them for that as I don't think GM knows what's going on with the radios but it was stated it was taken care of. I had high hopes for this service dept as the online scheduler couldn't be any simpler and it couldn't be any more convenient of a location for me to have things handled while I'm at work. This review is based solely on the service desk and lack of communication, I have nothing bad to say about the work that was completed.
