We have bought 2 vehicles from Matt and he has been so patient, kind and helpful! I was not told I would be charged $40 a day for a rental car until my car could be looked at. The 1st I heard this was when I called about the cost of my repair. The rental car I was given was not big enoug car until my car could be looked at. The 1st I heard this was when I called about the cost of my repair. The rental car I was given was not big enough for the 3 cars seats I have so I was unable to use the rental car as I should have been. When I questioned things I was brushed off. Invoices and repair statements need to have a clear breakdown. I absolutely would not have left the dealership with a car I couldn’t use had I known I was going to have to pay $80 to use it. I have used this dealership for all of our car needs the last 10+ years and I have never been treated so poorly. More
