DO NOT BUY HERE!. They sell you unsafe vehicles. Mine needed tires, rear brakes, catalytic converter, both front lower control arm bushings. over 8 k of work. They would not lift a finger to help. not even after my lawyer send a letter. They didn't respond. They slip in a Implied warranty negotiation statement saying you negotiated this. List includes illegal tires, brakes, unsafe front end parts. bad engines, transmissions and on and on. This place is trash.

The staff at Platinum Autos was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They were very efficient throughout the sales process and did not waste our time. Austin, our Salesman, was by far and away the easier sales person we have ever dealt with at a dealership. He was very honest with us in regards to our trade in value and what the dealership would need to receive for us to make a deal. We stated our offer and within 2 minutes Platinum Autos had accepted. From there we only spent an hour to sign all of the paperwork and finalize the deal. This was the quickest experience we have ever had while buying a car. Platinum Autos made the car buying process fun and painless. Whether you are buying a car for $20k or $100k you will be treated with the same respect. I highly recommend this dealership and plan on calling Austin the next time we buy a car.

Absolutely the worst car purchase experience ever. Even though the owner swore the car was his personal vehicle for years since purchase, parked in a garage, and well cared for, there were some things we found and he said he would fix them. The due bill was worded such that he ended up scamming us. Lied about what was wrong and when confronted told us the "dealership where we took the vehicle" was wrong. The tests he said he would run for us were not done. Promises he made about doing right by this extremely low mileage car were all a scam. Won't name names but local dealerships steer clear of this company. Not trustworthy. DO NOT BUY without a 3rd party pre purchase no matter how good the car looks or how honest they seem when talking to you. YOU CHOOSE the 3rd party - don't let them.

I just bought my 2nd car from Joel @ Excalibur and once again I'm blown away by the service, I literally bought this PERFECT 2021 suv via txt msgs & voice txt cuz I work 6 days a week & have ZERO time to come in, the entire process took about 2hrs, after telling Joel what I wanted he txt'd me a link to a car he thought id like, it was perfect except it didn't have autostart, i told Joel, no way, gotta have autostart & he got me a factory installed autostart for FREE, who does that? i took a quick break from work to sign the paperwork, took it for a test drive & it's PERRRRFECT, I will never buy a car from ANYONE else, these guys have the best deals, super nice rides & their lightning fast! Dealt with Kelly. He was very pleasant, responsive and respectful (went alone as a woman). Also, very efficient and had most things lined up before I drove the hour drive. When I came back to get it, he had fixed a small dent that I asked if he wouldn't mind fixing (for free). A few weeks later, a had trouble (not really trouble, but the person who had the car before me had put some fancy spark plug wires on it ... no one would have noticed by looking the car over that they didn't fit tight. One had come loose and they had to be replaced with the proper wires. Kelly covered it without even having to go back down there from Cleveland. I highly recommend. Mary

I dealt with this dealer when I was looking into a vehicle that could replace my Jeep as the main bearing went into it and didn't want to trouble my dad to fix it as he was busy. I saw a Mazda CX-7 for $8k that looked like it was mostly in good condition. I took it for a test drive and it seemed like a cool ride. I made sure to ask the pertinent questions like if there was any open campaigns or any issues on the vehicle. They said no to that and said they had their "mechanic" check it. I reiterated and paraphrased saying " so you're saying that I am buying a car that works good and has no mechanical issues?" Again they said yes, they're very certain. So I naively got a loan out of r the car and owned it for about a week and problems started to occur. First, the vehicle had problems with dying due to the battery having a bad cell. They replaced the battery free of charge. Okay sure, that's fine and dandy. A few days after that my dad came for a visit and checked the vehicle and heard the vehicle was sounding very noisy and had said he though there was something wrong with the engine. A timing chain he figured. We also did a look up on the VIN and saw it had 3 open recalls; one of them was very severe where something on the control arm assembly could let go and cause a severe accident. I took it in to Mazda to get it done which took 6 hours. I also asked if the mechanic could do a quick check to confirm if the engine problem was a timing chain and sure enough, it was. I took this back to global motors demanding they take the vehicle back and give back my money based on the fact the vehicle was not in good condition as mentioned. Instead of honoring the deal and taking the vehicle back despite being in better condition than when I bought it, they expected me to buy a timing chain (worth at least 1k) and they would do the labor free. After spending 8k on a vehicle, I should not expect to have problems on a vehicle like this especially with costs like that. I threatened to take them to consumer affairs for misrepresenting a sale and falsifying information. Eventually with a little help I got my money back and didn't get stuck with a lemon. A buisness like this should not be allowed to run.
