This is only the second time I've been there since it sold to new owners. I see a lot of new faces. I will reserve judgment. I was treated well, the service was good and done properly. As an added service, an exterior wash would be nice. People watch where you come from, and leaving a dealership in a clean vehicle will leave a good impression. He did an excellent job breaking things down and explaining all the ins and outs for us as first time buyers, without being pushy or overbearing. Really like how they where realistic with us and we didn't get any fake salesman pitches which was really nice they have a great sales team. There options for vehicles for sale though, they have a lot of the better models and trim levels and a variety for every need which was really nice when looking for a truck. They also got us a great interest rate and we have low credit that's working its way back up. I recommend for trucks for sure, and they filled up the 36 gallon tank

I wish I can give them negative. To be honest what I experienced with this dealer is just discrimination!! I try to get new car from them through financing. My credit is excellent I make 11k a month, even they ask me for cosign and I bring my cousin who make about 15k a month. Some how they don’t want to sell to me because of my race/belief. The most surprising thing about them is they don’t tell you the same reason. Every time I talked to them. They told me different reasons. One time she told me you are not approved because you are CDL holder, what a joke? I asked them holding the CDL is nothing to do with me getting approved or denied. Of course I used to drive truck before. what is wrong with that? Then she try to explain to me that, I have to finance car and complete the payment and comeback to them to get approved from them. If I am not approved, I even add my cousin as my co-sign still they don’t want to sell it to me. They have racial discrimination and they should tell me that before they run my credit and my cousin credit!! Terrible experience, and unprofessional!!

We've always been treated well at Stewart Subaru. Here's an example of good service - Katie H had to make a new receipt after some adjustments were made. I usually get a coupon for a car wash - well there wasn't one, no big deal. A few days later a coupon for the free car wash came in the mail. Awesome!

I shopped for a car two weeks straight. I drove the palisade at 3 different dealerships. I drove 4 other third seat suv’s. I came back to Titus Will to purchase and It was the best buying experience I’ve ever had. Came in to see how much they would give me for my trade. They matched another dealer’s price with no hassle. When I left to think about it, they didn’t pressure me or act pushy. Coralie was my sales lady, she knew I really didn’t prefer white and she got me the most beautiful color by trading to another dealership without me even asking. She has 20 years of experience and is so professional with so much knowledge. The finance guy was great. Came back to buy the car 3 days later and it was all detailed, stickers pulled off and full tank of gas. I highly recommend this dealership!

I purchased a 2015 Honda Fit a few months ago. It was my dream car. As of 11/16/24, the car is dead. It is not the battery. My friend has checked out as much as he could. The dealership basically said, "You're on your own kid". This car cost me $14,000.00. I sat there for hours while they kept giving me other offers none of which I was satisfied with. I felt like I was being held captive until I agreed to buy the car. No wonder they wanted me to buy the car. It is a piece of junk. I am unemployed at this time, I have no money, and I am going to have the Credit Union repossess the car. There is nothing I can do. Beware and never, ever purchase a car from Kitsap Auto Outlet. They will pound you until you cry uncle and buy their cars. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS DEALER SHIP FOR A CAR. YOU WILL BE SORRY. All they want is the money and they do not care what it takes to persuade you, bully you, or take your last dime to sell a car. I regret doing business with them. It was the experience I have ever had when purchasing a car.

My BMW had a check engine light on and began running rough. I took it to the BMW dealer and they gave me an estimate for almost $3500 and they couldn't assure me it would fix the problem. A friend of mine recommended I take my car to Nuno at Del Toro. He was able to correctly diagnose the problem and fix the car for just under $1500. I have always been reluctant to have anybody but a dealer work on my cars but I was super impressed with the work they did and will be bringing my car back for any future work that needs to be done.

Dishonest, caught in the act. I bought a service agreement when I purchased my new Subaru. When I brought it here for 30k service they wanted to charge me separately for the differential fluid change. I called the Security Service Center for Subaru to verify coverage and they told me that it IS included. They were going to charge me and then charge the Service Plan for reimbursement. They also did not top off my fluids, left a cap off the tires, mounted the tires wrong side out and two of the tires leaked after they changed them out.
