Over 20 years ago, we bought a van from this store (although at a different location). It was a fine family vehicle where we shared many great experiences with the kids. Flash forward to now: My wife and I were looking for an economical and well-cared for car. Sure enough, Graham and his team carefully asked us what we needed. He paid very careful attention to our concerns, and my wife and I looked at a few cars and test drove two of them. We found the perfect car for us, and the process was friendly, seamless and easy. Needless to say, we drove home in our new car within a couple of hours. I am thoroughly impressed at how Graham helped us along in the car buying process. He expertly guided us along the process. This alleviates so much stress in the purchase.

Get your own CARFAX if you buy from here. When I traded the car in, I found out the real history of the car, and discovered the car was stolen, and the miles had clearly been rolled back. I signed and traded the car over to the new car dealership and lost thousands of dollars because of the car I purchased from this dealership. I was not informed of this information, and was told the car had no negative history. I now know how they stay in business, by taking cars with a bad history for an extremely low price from an auction, and misinforming people of the history, and selling the car at full price.I spoke with the owner and asked if he would at least give back a portion of the profit he made off of me, but he was not willing to do so unless he could buy the car back from me. He said he could have given back a few thousand more then I was previously offered, though I would still be in the hole 8k. I understand you are running a business, but no matter what you say, the bottom line is you deserve a bad review from this, for selling me a car that would lead me to lose thousands of dollars. That's a lot of money for just an average guy. So I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, and hope this helps people to avoid wasting thousands of dollars.

Our 2020 CX 30 has been in for scheduled maintenance several times and for a repair of windshield wipers that were broken at the car wash and for a reprogramming of the radar sensors after running over a curb. Each time the car was in for service South Tacoma Mazda performed the service quickly and correctly. The service department is really high quality and above expectations.

RC and Craig were absolutely amazing! I traded in my Cadillac in my class C motorhome and I bought this amazing GMC three-quarter ton pick up. It’s gonna be perfect for pulling my travel trailer. RC with a sky cam photo for my photo album along with his wonderful good nature and fun loving way of life made for The best buying experience ever! This is the second car I bought from I-5 motors and I highly recommend them to anyone. Last time I bought my Cadillac and I-5 motors and I swore if ever bought another car it would be from them and I did. I know that buying a car can be nerve-racking, but these people take all the nerves out of it. It was a wonderful experience Craig was amazing with the paperwork and getting things away I wanted him at the price I wanted to pay. They are absolutely fantastic!

John Hicks helped me find a car on their lot that was so fitting for what i needed that words cannot express how happy i am. John listened to what i wanted and didn't try to force me on anything, it felt like he was just another friends helping me look. after i decided on the car we got down to negotiations and i ended with a big smile on my face. its been almost two years since i bought my 2014 kia optima and its been a gem the entire time. Car club is a great place to go, they want to help you take that step into buying a car and i can't recommend anyone better.

We were very happy with Tom and the experience we had at Autoplex. Both sales guys we met Mike and Tom were very helpful and very low pressure. The sales manager that signed our deal was not a pleasant as the rest of the team but we only had to deal with him at the end. I would definitely go there again.

I live in Sumner, and have for almost 40 years. The reputation of this dealership is very negative in the local community. There latest logic is every dealer pays the same price so therefore they are going to charge you basically the same and they apply this "logic" to new and used cars as well. The warranty is worth say $600. Oil changes for life, well since few locals buy from them they realize to save $30 most people are not willing to go more than say 5 miles out of there way. Bottom line is you will pay thousands more to get a $600 warranty. I say buy elsewhere and if you are inclined buy your own warranty. They are buying the warranties in bulk. Also do your research on auto warranties over the years. Several companies will form a business and sell a pile of warranties and then when the repair bills start staking up they simply close down the business and form a new one and start over. As I write this another Sunset radio commercial is playing how ironic is that.

CJ was amazing to work with and exceeded all my expectations. I'm one of those people that refuses to drive anything but a manual. I'm coming from a 5 speed 96 Tacoma and a 09 WRX, I wanted a lifted 3rd gen 6speed V6 extended Cab in new condition and overland delivered and exceeded. I got a killer price and just for the sake of it (I can be a nervous Nancy type of person) I took it to an official Toyota Service dealership and I passed all of their detailed inspection with flying colors; electronics, allignment (even with the killer lift and fat 285's Overland put on), engine, transmission. Everything passed. Great company & dealer, take it from someone who is super anal about buying cars and does a xxxx ton of research, they even helped out with a chip repair from a rock chip I got on the way to pick up my plates! Super honest and straightforward process.

Bought a beautiful bmw from these scam artists, had issues the minute I drove away. Chech engine light, electrical, power failure while driving, the list goes on and on. After getting more than 49 fault codes from an actual mechanic that know what the f*** ,he is doing. Tather than their uneducated clowns in the back. FYI: check with the department of licensing public records and ask for copies of all the paperwork the dealer sent in. Perhaps you are going to find that paperwork that you have a copy of (like the original purchase copies) Maybe signatures or boxes or even names? Dont match exactly like the ones you have a copy of. Almost like ?????? Whats it called??? Frau*?

From start to finish, I knew I was dealing with people who cared and really were being helpful throughout the entire process. My son Alexander bought a car with his savings, graduation and birthday money on March 31st from Lux Motors in Tacoma, 4 days later the engine blew. He put under 100 miles on the car. The owner of the lot refuses to speak to us. After having the car towed to the mechanic, he found the car had been illegally tampered with, along with a lot of other illegal and shady business practices. The car is totaled and my son is on the hook for $2500 more for a car he will never be able to drive again, it can’t be safely repaired. Alex could have lost more than his savings and his car as his car violently seized and skidded to a stop when the engine blew. Thankfully it was not in traffic or on the freeway. All photos included in the original post. Notice there are no check engine lights or other lights on. Our mechanic at Midland Automotive reported that.... "Vehicle towed in - was purchased a few days ago, customer was driving and engine seemed to seize up. Confirmed engine will not crank. Starter clicks but does not turn over. Battery voltage is good and starter functions. Attempted to turn engine manually. Crankshaft will rotate back and forth only approx. 300 degrees and stops hard. Timing chain is intact but may have jumped. Found extreme metal particulate in the oil filter element - Catastrophic internal mechanical failure. Exact nature unknown without disassembly and inspection. Scanned for codes and found many - including misfire codes, cam timing codes, oil pressure and emission codes. The evaporative emission code has been active for at least 38 miles. Check engine light has been disabled and is inoperative. Also found ABS and stabilizer codes as a result of wheel lock-up when engine stopped suddenly. Suspect likely severe transmission and drivetrain damage from sudden engine lock-up." Link below. UNPROFESSIONAL. AVOID ! I applied for credit on 08/18/2021 for out of state and out of their inventory high risk Auto loan. Was initially told by Scott Reed that they could find me a no credit history loan. No fees, costs or anything else mentioned. 08/20/2021 no response via email or phone. 08/23/2021 Talk to Scott and he is working on my case. 08/24/2021 Talk to Coworker and nothing has been done ANT now they want to charge me $1500.00 for a loan. I as to speak to the owner and get a female manager. She does not attempt to correct the problem. I explain the need for FULL DISCLOSURE upfront and she makes excuses. Then she hung up on me. This company is a waste of your time and credit. Please shop elsewhere. I made the mistake of trusting then and now my credit went from fair to poor because of them.

He gladly spent over a half an hour going over everything I needed to know. I had a small problem with the running boards and they agreed to have me bring it back for a free repair, which I haven't done yet but I expect equally great service.

My credit wasn’t good and my friend was with me the lied when they said she would be a co-signer and what they said they were giving us for the car they charged for. They charged me $20,000 over the sticker price of car my friend was only co-signing to help m and in 6 months they said I could refinance. When I tried is when we found out that they did a bait and switch and made her a co borrower instead and that I would need to pay $19,000 down more on the car to refinance. To do that to a single parent and an elderly person simply unconscious. Will not ever recommend this place and will let anyone I can know to be ware

I've purchased 4 cars from Uwe - Mercedes 190, GL450 (a 2007 and a 2008), a Volkswagen Jetta Wagon, and I've consigned 1 (an E63 AMG). He is totally upfront and has always stood behind what he sold. His service has always been what was needed without padding the bill. Have had major work done by their shop - they always use Mercedes OEM equipment (unless you ask for aftermarket) - and their labor rate is half of the dealership. I don't know who these people are who write these reviews, but in my experience both Uwe and his wife Gabrielle are top drawer. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
