I was visiting from out of town when the engine light on my 2013 Hyundai Accent came on. I checked the vitals — all good — and the car was running/driving fine. But didn't want to drive home to Pullman with the light still on. I took the vehicle to O'Reily for a free scan — no results. Decided to visit Speck Hyundai down the street. The service I received there was EXCEPTIONAL. The service lady greeted me warmly, talked to me while I waited for the technician, and when the technician did arrive, he diagnosed the car quickly, solved the light issue, and ensured me the car was safe to drive — and no charge. I could not be more pleased with my visit, the service and attention I received, and I will always HIGHLY recommend Speck Hyundai in Tri-Cities. Thank you! More
Communication was very poor we came in early. They said we had one last free oil change. We were early so we left and came back at our time because they couldn’t take us early. When we came back They said we had one last free oil change. We were early so we left and came back at our time because they couldn’t take us early. When we came back we were informed the oil change was not free and it would be 120.00 plus tax. If we had know that we would have done in in Oregon where it’s more then half as expensive with no tax and not an hour drive there. We will not go back to Speck for anything ever More
Last month I brought my car in for headlight adjustment. Serviceman worked on it for over an hour. I was charged over $100 for his time, but he wasnt able to adjust them. I'm a 73 year old woman and my son Serviceman worked on it for over an hour. I was charged over $100 for his time, but he wasnt able to adjust them. I'm a 73 year old woman and my son and I had them adjusted in less than 30 minutes. I won't be back even though they've worked on my Sonata since 2006. I won't waste my money another time!! More

If your not a premiere candidate; they won't even talk to you after wasting your time and dropping your credit score. So disappointed ☹️ My car was in better working condition before I took it in to get the door handles replaced.
