In mid August 2025 I worked with a salesman named Dylan Parry and put down $1,000 on a used 2020 8 passenger van. I wish like heck I could have moved ahead with this purchase. I did not do my homework ahead of time for my new business start up was the problem. I needed a low interest SBA loan to make it workout. All my interaction with this dealership were very positive, even when I explained I could not complete my side of the sales agreement.

Thanks to 405 motors for another great, no pressure, no haggle car buying experience. They've come along ways since we purchased our first vehicle from them 12 years ago. They now operate from a comfortable office and a roomy, paved lot. As before, customers are allowed to roam the lot and inspect the numerous, unlocked vehicles available for purchase. The year, mileage and price of the vehicle is prominently displayed on the windshield helping make the selection process quick and easy. We decided to test drive an Acura MDX. It was brought to the front of the office by a lot attendant. We were then allowed to take the vehicle for a test drive without the presence of a 405 employee. Very trusting. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle the transaction was relatively easy. This included being given a fair price for our trade-in. We were also offered a number of add-ons that we declined with no pressure. We did, however, decide to purchase an extended vehicle warranty that was made more reasonable with a Costco discount. We were able to drive home the vehicle even though we did not have the title to our trade-in vehicle and needed a couple of days to transfer money into our checking account. They were also agreeable to adding some additional fuel to the tank. Thanks to Ken, Tessa and the rest of the staff at 405 motors for a great, no pressure, no haggle car buying experience. Give em a try. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

No pressure, nobody approached me when I got out of my car and the loan department was so friendly and really went above and beyond to make it happen for me. I love the experience and would go back if I ever needed another car!

A shout out to Jimmy for keeping us informed and getting us taken care! Even to washing our dusty van,( it was the gravel road we drive on that had caused the problem) and making it look new again! We really like this team, and take our Honda here to be serviced regularly.

CJ was amazing to work with and exceeded all my expectations. I'm one of those people that refuses to drive anything but a manual. I'm coming from a 5 speed 96 Tacoma and a 09 WRX, I wanted a lifted 3rd gen 6speed V6 extended Cab in new condition and overland delivered and exceeded. I got a killer price and just for the sake of it (I can be a nervous Nancy type of person) I took it to an official Toyota Service dealership and I passed all of their detailed inspection with flying colors; electronics, allignment (even with the killer lift and fat 285's Overland put on), engine, transmission. Everything passed. Great company & dealer, take it from someone who is super anal about buying cars and does a xxxx ton of research, they even helped out with a chip repair from a rock chip I got on the way to pick up my plates! Super honest and straightforward process.

We’ve purchased three vehicles from Excalibur and I can honestly say they’ve earned our trust. Jon Howell is our sales guy and he’s amazing. He’s super responsive, patient, and works HARD to get you what you want. And trust me… I’m needy 🤣 I ask 100 questions, want service history, details, ALL the things, and he always delivers without ever making me feel annoying. I also love that I can literally just text Jon and he always responds and provides whatever I’m asking for. That kind of communication and support matters SO much. Example: I bought my Audi and when I got home I realized the heater wasn’t really working right. No drama, no weird attitudes. I brought it back and they fixed it at no extra charge. That’s what I respect the most… they just make it right. Period. They truly stand behind what they sell and you don’t see that often anymore. Joe in Finance was awesome… calm, patient, and easy to work with. I’m not the type to just nod and sign… I ask questions and I pay attention 😂 and he handled it with total professionalism. Joe treated me with respect, answered everything clearly, and worked hard to make sure we got a deal that made sense for our family. He even threw in oil changes for one of the cars (which I appreciated a lot). Only complaint is he likes the Cardinals and I’m a Seahawks girl 🙃Also I just love the environment there. It’s welcoming, diverse, and it feels good being there. As a Hispanic woman, it honestly feels comfortable walking in and hearing your language, hearing the music, and just feeling that good energy. Joe had Mexican music playing when I walked into his office and I loved that. It’s the little things. Linda in Service/Body Shop deserves a HUGE shoutout. She is AMAZING. She goes above and beyond, tries to save you money, and makes sure you aren’t paying for anything you don’t need. She helped me through a really stressful time and I’m truly grateful for her. I worked with Travis and Leimina. I came up from Oregon so we had to do a lot remotely. They were upfront and honest about everything. When I got there everything was essentially done and all I needed to do was test drive the truck and sign papers! They were totally ok with me doing an independent prepurchase inspection. The truck was clean and they were generous on their offer for mine. They weren't pushy on any extras either, which was appreciated greatly. Overall, a very good experience. If they have something you're looking for then don't hesitate to at least contact them about it.
