We contacted Leo within three hours, and he told us he would help reverse the deal. Three weeks later, she is still waiting for her money back. She never signed paperwork, the vehicle was never delivered, and only $2,000 has been returned. Watching an elderly person deal with this kind of stress has been heartbreaking. This dealership has defrauded my mother out of over $24,000 - it’s been 3 weeks and nothing but excuses coming from the dealerships owner (Leo). My mother is in her 70s and mistakenly trusted this dea $24,000 - it’s been 3 weeks and nothing but excuses coming from the dealerships owner (Leo). My mother is in her 70s and mistakenly trusted this dealership - it was not properly disclosed that the title was rebuilt, within hours after wiring the money and realizing her mistake my mother requested a return of funds -no paperwork or sales documents were executed but the money was apparently swallowed up into the black hole of terrible deals on terrible deals. My mother has received no car, no title, and no refund - she is elderly and losing sleep, experiencing severe health issues due to stress all for trusting this dealership was a reputable company. The behavior of this company, the owner and all the staff is abhorrent, and blatantly dishonest! I pray you do not experience or have to go through what my mother is experiencing at the hands of this dealership. Buy from anyone else. More

Stop in this dealership on the way back from a trip to Seattle to look at a truck. Seemed like good people Alex the salesman told me he had no room lower price so we left to think on it. Got a text back day later said they want to sell quick and would do 2000 dollar discount. So I called back told them I had financing and could be up there next day. They immediately setup an appointment for 6 the next day. My wife was working in Tacoma that day so I was going to leave work a little early and pick her up and go to my arranged appointment. I get a text from Alex the salesman saying he would accept my 2500 dollar nonrefundable hold and send it to zelle now. So I called him and confirmed i had a cashiers check and an appt already setup he said ok and to call on my way. Right after that he messages me and says someone else has bought truck and he would let me know if it falls through at this point very confused and irritated I called him back for him to tell me he gave me an opportunity and I did not take it. So check in hand and a totally rearranged schedule I was out of luck. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE More

If I could leave a negative ⭐️ rating I would. And I am editing my review from August of 2023. I bought a 2021 Kia Stinger from salesman, Brian. I bought this car for 30k+ tax and licensing from B And I am editing my review from August of 2023. I bought a 2021 Kia Stinger from salesman, Brian. I bought this car for 30k+ tax and licensing from Brian. I trusted Brian in the process as I FELT like this was a reputable car dealership. Now after reading other reviews, it’s obviously not. Now almost 8 months later, I have tried to refinance the vehicle and trade the vehicle in for an upgrade. And I have been unable to refinance OR trade in. Want to know why? Because the vehicle he sold me as a clean title, is ABSOLUTELY NOT. The vehicle is a TOTAL LOSS/TOTALED vehicle due to a major accident. Not only was it in THAT accident that totaled it, it was in ANOTHER minor accident. Thinking back, I now see the “fishyness”. When I asked Brian for the CarFax history and warranty info, he literally turned his computer screen away from me in their outdoor/indoor lobby and then simply printed off the carfax warranty information. At the time, I had good faith that he wouldn’t do what he actually did because I thought this was a legitimate car dealership. Which proves to be 100% the opposite due to this and MANY other reviews I have read. I have tried to refinance the vehicle. I cannot because of total loss title. I have tried to trade in, gotten a value of $12,999 because of total loss title 8 months and 6k miles after purchase with the vehicle only having 15,000 miles. When I paid $29,999+ tax and licensing 8 months ago. Along with all of this…I have noticed trim “glued back on and now falling off” and passenger doors that don’t open without force and “creaking”. The worst part is, I have tried to contact them on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. I have left MUTIPLE VOICEMAILS with absolutely no response. I have an attorney on this already… But it is just unfortunate. And it makes me really bummed, unfortunately. I was so happy with my purchase at the time. And I TRUSTED Brian. When come to find out, I was TOTALLY screwed over. Please see all proof attached in pictures. This dealership will scam you and sell you something ANY WAY THEY CAN. Even if it is fraudulent…. BE AWARE OF BOYKO MOTORS!!!! And honestly, all I want is this to be made right. Because all the proof is right here. More
