Unfortunately we had a lousy experience. Had a faulty starter, felt like we were a burden by bringing our car in (based on our interaction with the service desk). Had a family road trip lined up in a remote area and expressed my concern several times. I paid the inspection fee and they didn’t reset the warning sensor of a previous issue that this shop left, they didn’t change the starter like I asked, they insisted that everything was fine, which of course was not true. It really just felt like we were a burden to them as they are really busy. Our fears were met on our trip when the vehicle wouldn’t start in the remote area we traveled to. I had to change the starter myself as a service shop was not available. It was very difficult on vacation with two kids, dogs, snow, and lack of tools on a roadtrip. We understand these things aren’t a perfect science but this experience has left a bitter taste in our mouth, we even were looking at upgrading our vehicle this year but will likely look elsewhere. I would not recommend this dealership to any friends or family
