My service advisor was consistently communicative, keeping me updated throughout the entire process and making the experience smooth and stress-free. He was a pleasure to work with. I also want to commend the service manager, who stepped in to support his team and made sure everything was handled professionally. Burien Honda truly went out of their way to help me, and they did it all at a very reasonable price. It’s clear that they care about their customers.
