I cannot say enough positive things about the high quality of treatment I've received from Sangsters Service Department. They are always greeting me by name a speak both personably and professionally. quality of treatment I've received from Sangsters Service Department. They are always greeting me by name a speak both personably and professionally. They go to bat for me trying to get the most from my warranty and charging a very fair price. I leave with the feeling of knowing both that my truck is 100%+ fixed and if I have to return that I'll get the same great service, whether for an oil change or, hopefully not, a more serious issue. A fantastic group that takes away any stereotypical feeling of being taken advantage of. More

After 2 hours waiting for new brake pads, they came to tell me it also needed rotors. You did not have any in stock, but would call around looking for some. After 20 minutes I went to find out what was ha tell me it also needed rotors. You did not have any in stock, but would call around looking for some. After 20 minutes I went to find out what was happening. Couldn't find any so car was going to have to stay overnight and they ordered some. So I called to Leavenworth to get a ride home. Was told parts would arrive in morning , or noon, then they would continue with car. They would call me. I called at 1 as I needed to know what was happening so I could catch a ride down from Leavenworth. Edgar was at lunch and they didn't know how things were going. At 3 Edgar called and said car was ready. I do understand that mechanic fixes take time, my problem was that catching rides out of town was difficult when I didn't know what was happening. More
