I took my car here to be serviced. They were extremely untimely, and my service advisor was a poor communicator. I was told my car needed to be there on a Friday at 7:30 AM, and it was not looked at until late Saturday. I was then told my car would be ready to pick up by Tuesday, but it was not pulled into the bay to be serviced until the following Monday. While towing my car into the bay, they broke my shifting mechanism. I was not made aware of all charges before they proceeded with services. I was told they were towing it into the bay but was not made aware there would be a cost. I have insurance that will tow my car for free, and I would have elected to have this covered by insurance if I was made aware of the cost. Maybe my car wouldn’t have been damaged if this would have been communicated to me. I will not be returning for service from FLow VW. This is my second bad experience with them. After my first poor experience an employee gave me a card for a free detail. I gave this to a staff member when dropping my car off this time, and they did not complete the detail. I pay half the cost for better quality work at a local repair shop where their employees are honest and timely.
