My brother recently purchased a brand-new 2024 Tiguan SE from Alexandria Volkswagen, and we were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and attention we received. We initially scheduled an appointment with Atig Popal, who was our Sales Associate. When I first met Mr. Atiqe at the dealership, I honestly thought he was the General Manager. His professionalism, demeanor, and confident presence were truly remarkable. It came as a surprise when he introduced himself as a salesperson. Atig Popal went above and beyond in explaining Volkswagen’s incredible deals. His deep knowledge, customer-focused approach, and ability to make the entire process smooth and enjoyable left a lasting impression on us. I strongly believe that Mr. Atiqe’s outstanding character and dedication make him an ideal candidate for a managerial position. I sincerely hope that during my next visit to this dealership, I’ll see him in the role of General Manager. He is undoubtedly a tremendous asset to the Volkswagen team!

Friendly but my car is worse then when I brought it in. Now it is running rough and the tec meter stays above 1 all the time. I took it back 1 week after I had my 18,000 mile maintenance done. They said nothing is wrong with it. It is strange it was ok before they changed my oil. Plus I live 44 miles one way away

Purchased my brand new Atlas R-Line after a total loss and from the moment I walked in the door, Jose, Haben and Mariyia made the whole car buying process quite enjoyable. I had no intention on purchasing a car when I walked in but the rebates made it a deal I couldn’t refuse. Outstanding service department! Ms Pam Willis and her service techs always do a superb job on my vehicles. They listen to my concerns and they note items I need to be aware of while they perform preventive maintenance on my vehicles. They know that I rely on my vehicles - I've been a customer here for 22 years. I drive 90 miles one way to get to this location and pass by at least 4 other VW dealers as I drive the distance. Ms Pam Willis and her techs have earned my loyalty by earning my trust. I've purchased 3 VWs here over 22 years and I'll keep buying my VWs here.

I’m am extremely frustrated at this dealership! I sold them my car almost a month ago. It’s already on there lot for sale and I still haven’t seen my money for it. They didn’t even give me what we originally agreed on. It’s excuse after excuse! I am coming into money soon (my mom passed) and I was going to buy a brand new car but I wouldn’t give this place the time of day if they gave me a car for free!

He was helpful throughout the whole process. The technicians were also very friendly. Even 5 min before closing time, they were happily answered all our questions.

We called about the vehicle this morning at 11:AM to set set up a test drive. We arrived 45 minutes later, drove the car and one hour after the test drive we were signing papers. The dealership team were prompt, efficient and friendly. We especially appreciated Scott Henderson's service!

I took my car here to be serviced. They were extremely untimely, and my service advisor was a poor communicator. I was told my car needed to be there on a Friday at 7:30 AM, and it was not looked at until late Saturday. I was then told my car would be ready to pick up by Tuesday, but it was not pulled into the bay to be serviced until the following Monday. While towing my car into the bay, they broke my shifting mechanism. I was not made aware of all charges before they proceeded with services. I was told they were towing it into the bay but was not made aware there would be a cost. I have insurance that will tow my car for free, and I would have elected to have this covered by insurance if I was made aware of the cost. Maybe my car wouldn’t have been damaged if this would have been communicated to me. I will not be returning for service from FLow VW. This is my second bad experience with them. After my first poor experience an employee gave me a card for a free detail. I gave this to a staff member when dropping my car off this time, and they did not complete the detail. I pay half the cost for better quality work at a local repair shop where their employees are honest and timely.
