I want to give a huge shout and thank you to Johnson Family Chevrolet in Woodlawn, VA. We had a mechanical issue happen with our truck and was headed to get the part we thought would fix it, we saw the bay doors open to the service department and ventured over to see if we could get assistance. Instead of being told again after the first 10 we stopped to talk to "service is closed, come back Monday", we got the owner, Adam Johnson who said, let me help you out. He immediately got on the phone to one of his technician who was home with a sick baby, he spoke with us about the issue it could be and sent one of his fellow techs to help. Surprised to us, the young man on the phone showed up well as the one he had asked to come in. The young men worked on our truck trying to fix this issue so we could finish running our load of heat supplies to WNC. Needless to say they couldn't fix the issue the same day, but they helped us remedy getting the supplies to WNC. The owner, gave us the keys to a brand new Chevrolet pickup to take the load to WNC, no charge!!!! Glory to God this family business saved us and helped us above and beyond to get the job done. If anyone needs a Chevrolet or is thinking of buying one... Go as fast as you can to this dealership, I can only imagine the service you will receive and support you will receive from them, after they have done this for us. Many thanks to all who helped us there, the owner, Adam Johnson. Jake Helms and Hunter Davidson, the 2 young technicians who did everything they could to fix our issue... You all are amazing and we are so grateful to have met you all.

My family and I were on our way back to NJ and towing our camper when the vacuum assist for the brakes failed on our Sierra. By the grace of God we safely made it to their dealership and Logan got the truck diagnosed and repaired within a few hours while my family and I waited in our camper at the back of their lot. My wife's 2017 Subaru Impreza was having chronic issues with lights turning on in her instrument panel. I wrote Mandy Housley about the problem, made an appointment with technician Brad Ellmore, and he kept the car until the issues were completely resolved to our satisfaction. We have had no more problems with lights showing up on the instrument panel. That's the quality of the job at CMA's Subaru of Winchester, their job performance is directed to the client's satisfaction. I have to drive both our cars (we also own a Subaru Forester) more than an hour to CMA's Subaru of Winchester, even though there are closer Subaru dealerships. However good they may be, CMA's Subaru of Winchester has earned our loyalty and appreciation for their good work they do. Key word here is trust. Her husband had been a mechanic and this process was especially difficult for her considering all car purchases were his expertise. Dan showed her kindness and went out of his way to make the buying process easy and enjoyable. She loves her beautiful pearl white Acura MDX and we are all grateful for the people over at Pohanka. I live in California and helped my sister with the process as much as I could from afar and I was very careful on choosing the best dealership and salesperson I could for her. Hands down the best car buying experience! They put the human element into buying a car. Arkeem, Eric, and Povl all not only listened but understood our needs, wants, and concerns and addressed each of them. There was ZERO pressure to make a decision, it was clear they wanted a happy customer, not just a sale. Once we made our decision, paperwork was done quickly but not rushed. We actually laughed and enjoyed signing car loan documents😄. I’ve purchased Dodge, Kia, Ford, Subaru, and Hyundai from other dealerships but nothing beats the experience at Saffard Brown Hyundai. Had my 2011 ford fusion towed to Bowditch because my battery died and when I replaced it. I was locked out by my cars anti theft system. My adviser was Al Cusano. It took about two weeks to get my vehicle back. Prior to heading to the shop Al called me and asked did my dash lights work. I replied yes and he said well they don’t now. When I got to the shop to pay I asked him to explain what was going on and he told me that wires were cut off of the main harness which caused the lights not to work. Well more than my light weren’t working nothing in the dash works. He than told me there was nothing else they could do because they don’t have manuals for my vehicle. The mechanic basically cut blindly causing more damage but, they said they were focusing on getting the car started and that I should take it to Best Buy because they install after market alarms and the best he could do is give me a discount. He even stated that they found a harness but it’s 2700 dollars as if I’m supposed to pay for the damage they caused. I’ve called to speak to the general manager Walter Holmes. I can’t seem to get him. I’ve left voicemails and sent an email still no reply. Seems like I’m being ghosted.
