He made the process as personable as possible. Sometimes buying a car can be overwhelming, sometimes feeling as though you are just a "sale"... not this time! He led me to his desk and began the process of showing me the car I was interested in buying, and he started the examination of my trade in. At the end of the afternoon, I was driving away in my newly washed and preped car.

My daughter recently bought a Jeep from Whitten Brothers of Richmond, and our experience was exceptional. From the start, the team was incredibly welcoming and made us feel valued. Unlike other dealerships, Whitten Brothers was transparent with their pricing from step one—no hidden fees or last-minute surprises, except we found out towards the end that we got $1000 off because I’m a fire fighter, apparently some dealerships won’t give you any off or just $500 from Jeep. The sales team was knowledgeable and attentive, ensuring we found the perfect Jeep. Their service was top-notch, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Whitten Brothers of Richmond for their honesty and outstanding customer service.

I have used this dealership for over 20 years. On 9/24/2024, I bought a new, 2024 Toyota Highlander Hybrid, Platinum edition. As an older driver, I was very concerned with car safety features. The car I drove previously was a 2001 Toyota Sienna, with 244,000+ miles on it, and it had no modern safety features, except air bags and anti-lock brakes. My salesperson, Oleg Lukyanchikov, was very professional, knowledgeable, personable and totally trustworthy and honest. Oleg showed me several cars, designed to help me figure out exactly what I wanted. No pressure at all, from Oleg. I am very happy with my new car and with Oleg. I recommend Oleg and Ourisman Fairfax Toyota fully, without any reservation. I would buy from Oleg and Ourisman Fairfax Toyota again, no question. The process of buying the car was very smooth and the entire staff that I met with, including Sebastian, were very helpful and understanding of my needs. They really helped me.
