I’ve had a few services with Dallas recently that’s been outstanding and worth my effort to spotlight. In the past I’m with Terry who has been phenomenal! In all I’ve been a customer of CFT for 20 years. I’ve never had a service on a Saturday due to lower staffing. However, to my surprise they were staffed well and I was able to get my routine maintenance completed plus a few additional items recommended. The time table was communicated on my initial appointment and the approximate time with additional items. They even washed my car all in under two hours. I did not mind the wait and got exercise outside their nice neighborhood with walks. I have also had great communication with service management and Scottie. He always remembers my name which blows me away. I’ve also purchased two cars and have enjoyed their sales department. I typically will browse the new cars on the showroom while waiting. The staff are always willing to answer my questions on upgrading. Finally I have also had full details completed through Columbus. His area keeps very busy and does an incredible job. Cannot say enough good things about Checkerd Flag Toyota and recommend them for both sales and service.

Just had the best experience at Range Rover ever! I bought two Range Rovers in Chantilly on the same day and you would think they would treat you nice but even the one oil change was not a fun experience. I called them about a state inspection and was told I could go anywhere. Ok, so I called Tysons and Juliza Barrios answered and welcomed me! I came over the same day and even told her about the key battery being low, which she changed for free. I was in and out with a smile! I buy two new cars every two years and because of a $20 state inspection Tysons has my business moving forward!

I had bought a 2020 ford escape from Jason pearman that had some body issues and it was the worst experience possible for my first time buying a car, thank god he is no longer there because I wouldn’t recommend him. I decided to give them a second chance and I went to Corey oxendine and he has been more then helpful and responsive he got me traded out of the escape into a 2024 ford edge and I couldn’t be happier with it. I highly reccommend Corey Oxendine and I think this boy deserves a raise or a promotion or something. He has beyond helped me when nobody else wanted to and I appreciate everything he did for me. I bought a new 2026 HRV Sport for my granddaughter. Carl was our salesman. He did an excellent job telling us about the HRV and getting a trade in value. I didn't feel pressured to buy any additional services. I did listen to his offers and decided to purchase the 5 year Maintenance plan for her. She's still in College, so no surprise expenses for any fluid changes, tire rotation, and air and pollen filter. It was a smooth transaction, Over the years, I've bought 4 CRVs from Checkered Flag. No complaints.
