Daniel Puc is a professional who listened to what I wanted and found it without any pressure. The atmosphere is very laid back and he made the deal without ever talking to anyone else until I decided I wanted it. The final deal was lower than expected and I never had to talk to anyone but Daniel. I dreaded car shopping and went to many dealers to test drive different cars to decide what I wanted. He just kept shopping and called every day with a new option. I cant recommend this dealership enough. Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Don't ever get in house financing with these people. If you are military, dealers at Lynn Alexander will treat you like a sucker! I had limited credit experience. But they suckered me into in house financing with a 27% interest rate for a 5 year loan on a car that depreciated significantly after driving it off the lot! I didn't know anything about that stuff only that It was my first year in the military and had limited credit. They were more than willing to help xxxx me over!

We told him exactly what we were looking for, and he found us several options. We live 2 hours away and had a trip planned to leave from DFW. Price went above and beyond to have paperwork ready, met us at the airport and had the car waiting for us when we arrived home from our trip. Price is the only person we will ever use when purchasing cars!

There's not much I can say about this dealership, other than they are garbage. Unfortunately, you have to give at least one star for the review to go through, otherwise it would have none. Bought a 07 Audi, was promised that everything was great with the car, even though it didn't start when we wanted to take it for a test drive. That should've been my first clue to get the vehicle inspected by someone, but I didn't. Signed all the paperwork, was basically told I needed to get some third party car warranty (DO NOT get the warranty; they will tell you to pay for the tear down, and that they will only replace the part with the part they choose if it failed because of a covered component). We request that the car have a full service, and that the battery be replaced with a new battery (as the current one wouldn't hold a charge). Took one full week of me calling/texting just about every day to see if the car was ready. Finally picked the vehicle up, and it didn't make it five miles before the check engine light came on. Hoses all need to be replaced. Got those replaced, took a road trip to Canada and 20 miles outside of Billings, MT the car completely cut out. At 80mph, everything just shut off, then every single warning light started flashing. Turns out, the battery was bad (or simply recharged and never replaced, unlike what we were promised), which stranded us on the side of the road. Got the vehicle running again, and made it to Great Falls, MT when we started hearing a grinding noise coming from underneath the vehicle (when I say we, it was my entire family including a 1&2yr old). Put the hazards on, and limped it back to Great Falls where we find out that the differential is shot, and the knuckle is just about seized. All in all, set us back just over $4k, nothing covered by this so-called insurance, and no help whatsoever from this garbage dealer. So, my recommendation, stay away. If you do decide to buy something there, please get someone you know or a decent mechanic to look over the entire vehicle; you never know what has happened to it even though they claim all their vehicles are clean, reliable and freshly traded in to dealerships. Oh, and just a quick mention, when I went to pickup the vehicle that I was so excited to bring home to my family, the tank was on empty. They couldn't even fill it up.

Thankfully I didn't buy from Robert's Auto Sales. First off I would like to point out the prices they list for vehicles on their website is their "cash" price. Does it say this -anywhere- on the website? Nope. And they -freely- admit that. I went in looking at a 2005 Mazada Tribute. It had low mileage and from the images online looked to be in decent condition. It was listed at 8,500$. It was in my price range and something I knew I could finance. Now, that being said, I knew I had -bad- credit, so I was not shocked at the 20% APR. I did however have a 3000$ down payment. What I WAS shocked at was them telling me they have a "two program system", and now the 8500$ dollar car was now 11,500$. Which oddly enough was a direct mark up amount for the 3000$ I was putting down on the car. Weird that there was that difference which had me paying the -full- website listed price. Secondly the car on the website, which looks as if the pictures where taken -in house- is -not- what the car looked like in the lot. It had incredible wear and tear in the interior, a cigarette burn hole in the front passenger seat, as well as a tear in the back seat! In several spots the paint was worn completely off console instruments, revealing the black hard plastic under neath. Their line is: "We will do what it takes to earn your business! Come see why we are the fastest growing dealership in the Hill Country!" Except give you the price listed on the website for the vehicle, even though it says our price right above the dollar amount. Nothing about it being our "cash" price. This is a complete bait and switch situation. They get people into their lot, with false advertising, showing you online the cars that -seem- affordable. So when you get in there, needing a vehicle, they have you in the hot seat and you almost feel obligated to buy because you may have bad credit. Well I have bad credit, and I am not willing to make it WORSE with a shady company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Now days most dealerships will work with you, even with terrible credit. TL;DR: Scammy Place, False Advertising, Bait and Switch

I found the truck online and talked to Dustin about it over the phone he went and drove the truck for me since I could not get there and told me all the details about the truck and how it drove and the history of it. He knew I was looking for my daughter's first truck and I truly feel like he was looking out for her as his own family. We talked about a couple of other trucks, but we kept coming back to this one. There was a few things that I asked about on the truck and without any hesitation at all Dustin said they would make sure it was fixed. This is a small family owned dealer that treats you as family. This is, by far, the best car buying experience and I recomend Brad at Williams Group Auto to all my friends. He's made great deals for me and my wife, my mother, and also my neice. I'd definately buy here again because they have allot of great cars and trucks to choose from, Brad spends the time to help you in every way to lower the price of the car, get the best financing, and make sure your happy after the purchase. He gives cash to us for sending him business and we like that too. He's helped us make 2 car payments with cash we got on referrals and I know he appreciates his customers. I've purchased two BMW's from this dealership over the last few years. If you shop the web you will see their pricing is aggressive. If you know what you want, the process is quick and easy. If you purchase a BMW from them, make sure it's still under new car warranty. BMW will fix any mechanical problems free of charge, so there is very little risk to you. They are a no frills, low overhead dealer. Don't expect coffee and donuts, just a good price on a high end used car.
