This was the 1st dealership, and I have been to many, that I was in and out in less than 1 1/2 hrs. Unbelievable they had everything ready and was even able to test drive without asking. They are very nice and professional.

After trying to work out a deal on an order and trade in, the vehicle configuration was returned to me from the dealer and I was asked to sign off on it. I had stated that I wasn't yet sure of the exterior color and was informed that we could change it at time of order so I signed off on the build sheet as I thought I was just confirming the correct configuration. Then I got an email from the sales person, that they would be calling very soon for a deposit. I haven't even seen sales numbers or even the amount of trade they were offering. I was kind of confused. After I finally got the sales numbers I didn't appreciate the trade amount and sent in a proposal requesting an increase in the trade amount. That was denied and was asked if I wanted to cancel the order. I thought this was just an internal thing and didn't think much of it. I was then again asked if I wanted to cancel the order and I said yes. After about 12 hours or so, I realized that the trade was actually a good thing especially with the tax savings. I sent in a new configuration on a vehicle that was cheaper in price and the sales person just sent an email saying they couldn't work with me any longer. I asked why and never got an answer. I sent one to the sales manager and didn't get an answer. I finally found an error in my numbers and thought that might be the problem. Only after sending an email with my deepest apologies(in subject line) because of the error I got a response. Now never was I asked if they wanted me to place the order and not even getting a deposit for me, the sales manager confirmed that the vehicle had indeed been ordered. I was shocked. Then the sales manager to me: " I have already placed an order for this vehicle and will not place a second order, as a dealer we are penalized for duplicate orders." Then asked if I wanted to cancel. I said yes cancel and I wanted to talk more about ordering the new vehicle but now have ignored my emails. I sent another email to the sales manager, the general sales manager and the general manager all in one and didn't get a response from anyone. I now feel like they owe me an apology as they ordered a vehicle on my behalf without my ok. Said they order on a signed build sheet. They need to tell people what they are doing. I guess they got my address and phone number from my VIN or something because I never gave it to them and they had it and never even confirmed if the information was correct. All I wanted to do was order the vehicle I wanted and they screwed that up. Be very careful signing anything at this dealership. This is why I like to communicate in email, I have a record of everything.

So … a bit confused. Interested in a new Lexus (would be our third) to replace our current Lexus. This is new Lexus dealership (Fox Lexus of El Paso) to me as we relocated to Las Cruces for retirement. Initially visited dealership last week … primarily to ensure our golf clubs would comfortably fit in the trunk of ES 300h sedan. I previously did a build on Lexus website (base model with some nice upgrades, etc.) … but learned from Sales that Lexus doesn’t build that set-up and it can’t be special ordered (dealerships are just allocated cars, etc.). OK , so let the salesperson (C. Morales) who approached me on my first visit know I would be fine with the 2025 Lexus ES 300h “Luxury” model which would get me the upgrades I wanted but at additional MSRP of $5K. Issue is I’ve sent C. Morales several communications (email and text) … one email to alert him that although not on my build list … I would be fine with the Triple Beam LED headlight upgrade if the car had all my other preferences. No reply to email … so was concerned it could have gone to a spam folder. So next day sent Text to his cell phone asking him to confirm that he did receive that email with my update. NO response to that Text. I waited over 24 hours and still no response. So today sent follow up Text indicating “Please respond to my communications if you want me to purchase my new Lexus from You. Zero response. I’m being completely “ghosted” by this Salesperson!!! Never experienced that in a sales environment? At this juncture, DONE with Mr. Morales. Question is are we done with Fox Lexus?? Guess that depends on if and/or how they respond.

Do not buy from this dealership. I am shocked by how terrible my experience with K & M Motors has been. My wife and I purchased a 2021 Ford Bronco Sport, and in just one month, the engine failed. A certified mechanic confirmed the engine is completely done — this isn’t a minor issue, it’s a major failure. From day one, the car made grinding noises and showed multiple warnings on the dashboard (“Service Vehicle Soon,” wrench icon). Then one day it just wouldn’t start — only making a single click. When I reached out for help, Karam Hawari (the owner) was unhelpful, rude, and dismissive. He lied to me, claiming more than two months had passed since purchase (it hadn’t), refused to take responsibility, and when I said I would file complaints, he got hostile, talked about calling his attorney, told me not to come to the dealership, and hung up. I never threatened him — I simply asked for him to do the right thing. On top of that, Ana Gonzalez, the salesperson, played a role in this mess. During the paperwork process, a woman who spoke no English read the contract, and when I asked questions, they brushed me off, saying she was “new.” That’s not just unprofessional — it feels manipulative and shady. I feel scammed, disrespected, and completely trapped. This dealership sold me a defective vehicle, refuses to help, and treats customers terribly. If you care about your money, your safety, and your peace of mind — do not do business with K & M Motors. Please read carefully and don’t skip this warning — you could be buying from a monster and a scammer.

I stopped by on a Saturday and spoke with Dylan, he was very helpful and explained everything about each vehicle we looked at. Initially I was not too thrilled with the color of the vehicle he suggested but the more I thought about it, the color did not matter. What mattered was the vehicle features, price, and monthly payment. I came back on Monday after speaking with Eric and Dylan and I am driving off the lot with the car I wanted despite the color. Steve was our salesman. He was cocky, rude, and didn't know his product. The manager was even more clueless. I told them it needed an alignment and they swore it drove perfect. I told them there was something wrong with the exhaust and they said that was done to look like that on purpose. I asked about the tires before I took the 2 hr drive and they said they were brand new. When I saw them I questioned the man's eyesight. I knew all this wasn't true, but I wanted the car so I let them talk their bs. Got home, brought it to the mechanic and guess what!? It needs an alignment, a control arm, new tires, and its actually been in some type of accident that wasn't on the carfax, this is why the exhaust wasn't right. The rotors and breaks will need to be replaced very soon as well. All this is fine and good, we new we were buying a used car and we could see the problems they were to inexperienced to notice. We had figured up in our head what the cost would be to fix these things and haggled them down $1700. Can I just say how much I loath the haggling game? To top it off we had left and they had agreed on numbers finally. So we had to drive 40 minutes back. We told them we were in a hurry (and we had a preapproval so not much work on there part) and when we got there it took another hour to finish everything. For such a large lot I was surprised to find out they had to send the car off to get the inspection. We finally left and after all this, you know what makes me the most angry? They said it had been serviced, and that was a lie too. We had to pay for an oil change when we got back home. They know nothing about the cars they're selling. They just want your money. Typical!

Purchased a 2019 Nissan Sentra on 01/25. Took car to the Nissan dealership on 07/19 for car hesitating to switch gears. After nissan checked the vehicle there were 8 issues found totaling almost of the total price of the car. One was for issue that was part of a class action lawsuit 2021. Another issue was a dry rotted belt that could nit have happened within 5mths of ownership. Contact dealership to complain and the manager couldn’t be bothered to call back.

I emailed this dealership about a VW Golf they had for sale and was given a very disrespectful response. I would not trust the cars coming from their lot either, some questions they were unable to answer are as simple as any major repairs to the vehicle and the distance lest on the tires. I stopped by to look at a truck they had on there lot and about a week later called and spoke with Matt. He told me to come by and see him. Long story short I didn't get to lot till about 20 minute before closing and they had me signing papers and out in about 20 to 30 minutes. I’ve purchased many cars over the years. This was by far the easiest and most hassle free process I’ve ever experienced. Mrs. Tracy and Mr. Gordon are an awesome duo. Not only do they go above and beyond to get you financed, they explain how the car credit process really works from the types of loans and how interest rates are determined when you have less than perfect credit. They are also very honest with you on the car selection. Their goal is to see you be successful in your new vehicle not just a sale to make money knowing you can’t afford the vehicle. This alone is priceless!! I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.
