Do not buy from this dealership. I am shocked by how terrible my experience with K & M Motors has been. My wife and I purchased a 2021 Ford Bronco Sport, and in just one month, the engine failed. A certified mechanic confirmed the engine is completely done — this isn’t a minor issue, it’s a major failure.
From day one, the car made grinding noises and showed multiple warnings on the dashboard (“Service Vehicle Soon,” wrench icon). Then one day it just wouldn’t start — only making a single click.
When I reached out for help, Karam Hawari (the owner) was unhelpful, rude, and dismissive. He lied to me, claiming more than two months had passed since purchase (it hadn’t), refused to take responsibility, and when I said I would file complaints, he got hostile, talked about calling his attorney, told me not to come to the dealership, and hung up. I never threatened him — I simply asked for him to do the right thing.
On top of that, Ana Gonzalez, the salesperson, played a role in this mess. During the paperwork process, a woman who spoke no English read the contract, and when I asked questions, they brushed me off, saying she was “new.” That’s not just unprofessional — it feels manipulative and shady.
I feel scammed, disrespected, and completely trapped. This dealership sold me a defective vehicle, refuses to help, and treats customers terribly. If you care about your money, your safety, and your peace of mind — do not do business with K & M Motors. Please read carefully and don’t skip this warning — you could be buying from a monster and a scammer.
