drove up from San Antonio to look at a 2008 lr2 with 50000. loved it, but left shortly after. we turned it on and it smoked sooo bad. revved the engine and filled the lot with smoke. put finger in tailpipe and it was full of black oil and sut. shame. not sure how they plan to ever sell it. kinda not happy about the 90 mile drive for no reason.

I’ve been waiting several months to write this review.. I purchased my vehicle from Texas car world on May 21 2020.. I noticed that night leaving the car lot I already had a cracked taillight which caused the taillight to not even work which I did not notice before purchase. Alex mistry claimed to have ordered a taillight for me and he would find someone to install It but I have to this day not received any taillight from him so I ended up spending $312 to replace taillight just to be legal to drive on the road without worry. First sign of what kind of trouble I got myself into.. may 26th 2020 engine light came on.. I immediately called Alex mistry “Karan Mistry” his real name after doing some digging. I had already been discussing with him about the taillight so this was just another thing added onto the list .. the first shop he sent me to for repair “diagnose the engine light” was Infinity dealership.. took about 2 weeks but finally got my car back after being told the spark plugs were cracked and that was what was causing the engine light.. Alex did take care of that bill. I left that day , that evening came around engine light came back on!!! Called Alex immediately it took about a week for him to send me to WestwayFord in Irving to diagnose the engine light.. my claim started June 20th there WestwayFord had my vehicle til October 22nd!!!! Warranty took about a month in a half to do their part which eventually resulted in taking out my whole engine and replacing it with a remanufactured engine.. warranty sent over 2 engines both gave Westway ford Trouble.. eventually the 2nd engine that was sent was able to be tweaked and put in and my car was fine... warranty only ended up paying $800 towards repairs which didn’t even cut Into the dent of what I was going to have to spend eventually. I left with car from ford october 16th. 2 days later engine light back on.. took it back to WestwayFord now they diagnose the engine light as failed engine sensor.. October 22nd I picked my car up and finally have no problems after that.. during this whole time from June 20th til october 16th I was being charged rental fees from westway ford and Alex mistry told me he would cover them.. he did not. Eventually ford took the loner from me due to no payment and I was left with no loner nor my car therefore I had to come out of pocket for Uber’s from September 10th til October 16th.. meanwhile I was paying my car notes and insurance during the whole time I didn’t even have my car .. I only continued to pay my car notes because Alex misty told me if I handled my car notes correctly during that time then we will handle my rental fees.. i left out of westway ford paying over 3,000 to get my car released to me. That’s not even the final total of what I payed during This whole process.Alex mistry never paid $1 towards repairs nor rentals nor Uber and left trips. Not one dime!!! I have all documentation proving the agreements he was making with me from week to week . He even claimed of not being The owner even when the actual bank is telling me that he is. I find out at the very end of all this now he has closed down and disappeared . I am currently perusing a lawsuit against him but I just wanted to write this to make everyone aware of this man Alex mistry “real name Karan misty”. If I had read a review like this I would have never went to him so I hope this helps someone one day and maybe they won’t be in the same situation I am. Where do I start with this review. I am beyond impressed with the service that I received from Christi in new vehicle sales. I had shopped two other local GMC dealers one that I had bought the last five vehicle from, to only be disappointed with their new sales add on and markups. I decided to contact Freeman and found this amazing sales person. She impressed me from the moment I spoke with her on the phone. She was transparent and gave me enough information that I came into the store. When I arrived she had the location and keys to the vehicle. After showing me the benefits of purchasing the vehicle from Freeman she asked if she could get my trade looked at. They looked at my trade and gave me a fair price. They had their vehicle priced 1000.00 below the other lowest dealer. About 30 minutes later she had me in the finance office with Susan where again the process was seamless. I had started this process with another dealer almost two weeks prior. From start to finish the process at Freeman took 2 hours and I was driving away in my new truck. I have purchased several vehicles in my time and found this to be one of the best purchase experiences that I have had. I highly recommend Christi in sales and her team. I will no question be using Freeman in the future.

I STILL made my first payment and the insurance for that month cuz they made it sound like I'd atleast know what was wrong. They lied. I have to call numerous times in a day getting really upset because they say someone will call me back and Noone does. I want a refund. I don't trust them with my money no longer. I should've read the reviews before.

I purchased a vehicle from Benny Boyd in Copperas Cove in 2014 and Andrew was amazing his customer service made me only want to give them my business so I ensured all of my service was done in Lampass and now that I need a new car I went back to the Cove location but it was very a very disheartening experience, instead of just being told no I was advised to let them put me into a older vehicle than the one I previously purchased and to let the vehicle I have now be repossessed. To be told something like that from a dealership is so crazy I had to ask him to repeat himself multiple times. That was the most unprofessional advice anyone could have ever given another person and I didn't expect that type of customer service from Benny Boyd.

Financed a 2004 Caddilac Escalade ESV not even 1 day after getting the oil change I'm told the Engine has metal shavings and will completely go out soon,Transmission is failing bad. The fuel pump needs to be replaced, the terminals on the battery were messed up and needs to be replaced probably why its takes 6 or more seconds to start. My ADS system is messed up. All of this and its only been 2 days of owning the vehicle. They refused to give their in house warranty casue my vehicle is over the 200000 miles mark. I HOPE AND PRAY THEY SEE THIS REVIEW CAUSE THEN they'll know why I won't be making my first PAYMENT!! & already looking for another vehicle at another dealership PLUS my wife & I are in the process of looking for a lawyer to enforce LEMON LAW FOR the LEMON they financed us.

Worst experience of my life, wife bought an Escalade that was presented to be 4x4 only for us to find out it wasn’t. Dealership refused to buy it back. I feel they took advantage of my wife’s lack of knowledge. The salesman Austin was told repeatedly that we had to have 4x4 to pull behind our RV.

These people sold me a broken truck, and spent over $9,000 on repairs out of pocket- straight up Conroe Autoplex kind of response to complains makes people wonder why would ANYONE want to do business with Brian with a kind of unprofessional response...in case you might wonder why did I spent $9,000 out of pocket- let me explain it to you 1st of all- Less than 30 days after getting my truck for this dealership IT BROKE DOWN...so I got it to mechanic where I had to get a brand new axle and spent over $5000 cash because my “full coverage” insurance would NOT cover maintained issues- WHY DO I HAVE TO GET MAINTANCE on a truck that I Just got Out of the dealership?!?! Then after I get a brand new axel and U joints IT BROKE DOWN AGAIN so I took it back to Autoplex where they told me I HAD CRASH MY TRUCK!! Then Brian recommended me to get insurance claim On it so I did....1 month later after being on the shop for that long They help me get my insurance claim denied because they didn't take pictures of the work they performed on the truck before it was fixed. Why didn't they? I don't know but sounds sketchy to me... so yes, insurance wouldn't pay for Something they didn't see get fixed, so I was stuck between loosing my truck or I had to pay out of Pocket....PAID $4,000 dollars They're not trustworthy dealership as they kept making remarks and making fun of "who your boyfriend is" to me as a gay male- it definitely doesn't make ANYONE want to buy from them again. Please, please, please I beg you to not waste your precious time, money, and mental health Ps, they claimed I wrecked my truck, but how come my full coverage insurance wouldn't cover it? They said it was all maintenance issues which they don't cover it...what maintenance does a brand new truck need if I just purchased the truck?! OH YEAH...I don’t have that truck any longer because the DRIVESHAFT FELL OFF and that point I was NO WAY I’m doing business with these “family owned” Company that wants to rip people off during a pandemic. Drove off the lot today a very happy customer in the truck I'd been looking at . If your looking for a vehicle and an excellent service experience this place really is worth your time. Sooo here we are ! This dealer ship was nice and a good sales men. How ever the dealership on the whole well let's start here. drove the vehicle we bought for cash home next day the dummy light comes on ... check ..engine... say what that right check engine. Of course we call the dealer ship , we text, we get ahold of the nice sales man, he will check and see if he can help. A few days later we sorry it checked out fine on our machines and remember sales men being honest had let out that alot of the vehicles they sale are bought at auction... and they back there vehicles up. But there is nothing they can do.... two days later transmission went out. So to all who buy here skip it and head to a auction. You will save time and at least not get lied to. This car dealership is out to rip you off they have no cares to give. As we now put over 4000 in to the vehicle more. the repair man asked if we bought it at a auction ... we said nope just at auto showcase where they rip you off and never give a nooo care. The repair guy was impressed it even made it home.
