Extremely shady used car practices and I have the pictures to show it. I attempted to purchase a vehicle from out of state. I was personally contacted on Friday (March 27) and told the vehicle was pr pictures to show it. I attempted to purchase a vehicle from out of state. I was personally contacted on Friday (March 27) and told the vehicle was previously owned by a company and it had a full body wrap (with the prior company’s information) that needed to be removed. I was then provided before and during pictures of the wrap removal process. At the time of first contact, they told me the price was what was listed on the website plus tax and fees. The Monday after (March 30), I was sent additional information about the vehicle and told “I’m not trying to rush you, but there are three other sales trying to sell that van”. This is a pretty standard process to try to get people to make a decision, but I had already decided so I told them I would move forward with the purchase. I then provided all of the necessary information to run my credit check for financing and submitted the online form. I then proceeded to wait over 4 hours for a response with the terms that they offered. Once receiving the offer, lo and behold they added 2,668$ in “accessories” to the price of the vehicle. Essentially increasing the price of the vehicle by over 10%. I questioned what exactly the accessories were, and was told it was for a GPS tracking system, window tint, and wheel locks. I then questioned the addition of this fee, and told them I was informed the car would be sold at list price the first day of contact. Additionally, you can see from the images that the vehicle had a factory window tint already applied (standard for this trim level) underneath the film that was removed). The salesman responded “I was just informed about the accessories right now. Also not to put any pressure on you but there’s somebody working a deal on it here and it looks like they’re gonna finalize on it. But I do have another one similar to it”. Extremely predatory sales tactics and blatant dishonesty regarding “accessories”. My credit was checked thinking I was moving forward with the list price, as they specifically told me to start. Horrible buying experience and broken promises from this dealer. They take advantage of the eldery disabled Vets. Bob Ralph. They promised us a replacement set of keys/remote for our vehicle and instead made excuses and put the blame on each other, never returned calls back, We left several voice mails even to the GM Elizondo and no response. Poorly run dealership with no accountability. More
