Very frustrating experience. I emailed and called on a used bmw x6. Andrew the internet salesperson was great in the beginning. Car just came in so I was waiting for photos and a video since I was buying out of state . I sent them everything they needed, license , credit application. Saturday am Andrew sent me the video , I asked about shipping and he was talking with his manager . I agreed to handle the shipping myself. I told him I would take the car and was ready to give him a deposit while they did the paperwork. He said the finance manager would call me for my credit card in a couple of minutes . 45 minutes later he called and said they shipped the car to their BMW store . He would get it back and couldn’t take my deposit until he had the car back. After about 10 calls unanswered or returned and several emails they went dark. Andrew would not take my calls and didn’t have enough respect to even email me. Terrible customer service and a complete waste of my time. I would strongly recommend staying clear of trying to do business with a dealership that treats customers like this . Still no response after three days, they sold the car to someone else in the middle of me buying it . Lots of lies and a salesperson who has no integrity and lacks a back bone .
