I bought a used F-150 with low miles from Wells Auto group in Nov 2024. Moe was a great salesperson, the price was transparent, the process was easy, there weren't any hidden costs. I bought the car sight unseen and Moe sent me several videos to ensure i felt comfortable. I was really happy with the honesty, the process, the quality of the truck and the price. I know folks like to post about their bad experiences (which worried me) but I was pleasantly surprised at how much easier it was to deal with Wells Auto Group than my local Ford dealership.

Paul made it right and had the vehicle delivered to us almost 500 miles away, with no risk to us. The vehicle was everything it was advertised as, 11-year-old Jeep in great condition! Trying to buy a car through the website is not the way to go. It is good for checking the inventory but they have a lot of trucks that don't get on the inventory. These guys are transparent while they help you find a truck that you want. They don't have time to answer all the emails they are busy with the customers at the dealership.
