Overall, I had a great experience with Autonation and Steven. Steven always is helpful, and I asked for him each time. I did come in on a Saturday for an oil change so maybe that was the issue, but I had a noise from car and asked if that could be looked at too, but he said they couldn't that day. Not sure why if the car was already in there for maintenance but I will come back.

Neal in Service really knows how to take care of customers and I was able to make the right decision while tear down of the area of my engine Was in process to go ahead and go the extra step to replace other parts that were potentially going to need service in the future thus for creating a great financial experience. I really appreciate a thorough attention to detail and communication and timelines. It took the entire team to get me in and out in a reasonable timeframe.
