Went in to have some work done on my truck that should’ve been under warranty but due to GM, it was not covered, but Michael went the extra mile and he and his service manager contacted GM and was able to ge been under warranty but due to GM, it was not covered, but Michael went the extra mile and he and his service manager contacted GM and was able to get the repair cost reduced for me. Through a couple of issues with the repair they were extremely accommodating with a loaner vehicle. All in all a difficult experience with the truck, but a good experience with the service department! More
