I had an amazing experience with this dealership. My sales guy (Jerry) and the finance guy really worked hard at getting my terms exactly where I wanted! In fact he got it a little less. Customer service was excellent. Very friendly and informed but also NOT pushy and over bearing like some places are. Had lots of laughs during my visit as well! Great place and great people!!

Wow! Eric made an appointment with me on a day he WASN'T EVEN WORKING. What The Actual F?! Not only that-- their head mechanic was absent, too! (Maybe if Eric had been at work he would have known this.) So they couldn't even make a legitimate offer for my car. When I told Shawn Kennedy, General Sales Manager, about my experience, all he was interested in was setting up another appointment with me. Seriously. Shady. Seedy. Don't trust this place.

Most excellent Kudos to Cameron Vu and Randall Rodriguez for making it easy 😄… Cameron explained all the digital controls on the vehicle, the service department job, and ensured the vehicle was cleaned and ready to go. He has the potential to be a great people’s person .. As for Randall, semper fi, he took me to every step of the financing process with an excellent loan rate. He explained all the different packages available for the pathfinder. Unfortunately, did not take any, cause my wife gave me very precise orders on that (she is a retired lawyer) 😄😄.. in closing, Cameron and Randall, thank you both for being true professionals….. you are all 5 stars in my book …

Had appointment for my tian tailgate not opening at 8:00 am. At 10:00 I had get up and check the status of truck, it was still outside. Not professional at all should be told sir we can’t get truck for while do want wait. If I hadn’t gotten up to check on my truck I might have been sitting there all day. Not my first time having problems with this dealership. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this dealership!!!

Expensive! - Locally miffed

Expensive! Had a misfire on a Rogue. Local shop couldn't figure it out after replacing coils, plugs and a valve cover gasket. Sent me to the dealer. It get a $215 diagnostic which is waived if you do repair there. First pass at car revealed a bad brake booster. Quoted $2300 to replace-1800 for the part and 500 labor. Found the part for $709 (yes, it's OEM). Replaced it myself and still had misfire. Turns out the wrong plugs were installed by the local shop. 4 new plugs only set me back $371. I could have and should have replaced them myself for under $100. Pricing gets them 1 star.
