I recently stopped by Rockwall County Volkswagen to test drive a VW Arteon, I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and genuinely taken care of. A huge shoutout to my amazing saleswoman Laporsha she was patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. She made the whole process feel easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated. The finance managers, Drew and Azhar, were equally fantastic. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I got the best deal possible without any pressure or surprises. I had the opportunity to work with Drew at Audi Dallas last year and he continues to be equally as friendly, knowledgeable and overall great experience. During this transaction I worked more with Azhar, and he was equally amazing! Very detailed, and takes his time to explain all of the numbers in Finance and helps you add additional coverages like an extended warranty and GAP, but most importantly he’s very straight forward about the coverages, provides a great price for them and really is interested in what is best for the customer. Lastly, I want to thank Sam, the sales manager, for running such a professional and friendly team. Sam and stepped in and made sure I had the best deal possible. Sam did not make me feel pressure, and truly also cared about what made me as a customer happy. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here, and it really shows in how they do business. I’m very happy to see this family owned dealership here in our small town of Fate, Texas. They are truly the definition of Southern Hospitality in a car dealership form. Because of Sabrina at Southwest Nissan, I am convinced I made the right decision in moving away from Ford. The only bad decision was not making my purchase from Southwest Nissan. I purchased my Pro 4X from a dealer who, in my opinion, has proven to lack the integrity that I assumed they had. Promises were broken and phone calls not returned. I was notified of a clerical recall on my truck. With trust broken by the dealer where I made the purchase, I decided to give Southwest Nissan a try. I met with Thomas Miller who, after hearing my concerns, took me streight to Sabrina. She patiently listened to my concerns, investigated the recall, and called me promptly, as agreed, with the solution. She never once said anything bad about the other dealer. Her concern was to win my trust in Southwest Nissan. After a 27 year career in customer service, I am well aware that the people in front of the customer are important. But the unsung heroes, the ones in the back office, are the ones that make the engine run. Thanks to Sabrina, I have complete trust in Southwest Nissan. Service dept. needs better management, had service three times, still could not get it right. Lead service advisor, shop foreman, need better customer service skills. Could never speak to the service manager, either not in yet (9:00 am), going to a meeting, left phone number, and name, no follow up. Just gave up on the service dept.

My salesman, Ivan, was awesome, as was the dealer for my purchase of a new 2025 Nissan Kicks SR AWD in beautiful Arctic Ice Blue from Viva Nissan in El Paso, TX. Ivan is the very best salesman I have ever dealt with in my over the 50 years of new car buying, and the purchase of my 5th Nissan, and 2d Kicks. Viva Nissan gave me a discounted price from the MSRP price, online through the Navy Federal Credit Union’s “True Car” program and stuck to it. Ivan didn’t add a bunch of extra charges beyond the MSRP that I didn’t want, like the other dealers did. I had previously received a non discounted price from a different dealer through the Nissan Buy@Home program, but the dealer would not honor the price. He added over $2,000 in charges, ignored the Nissan deal, and would not use the cheaper sales tax for where I live. Ivan is an excellent and caring salesman who cut through all the negotiation tactics and games that other dealers use. He made it possible for me to do everything online or over the phone. Then, he drove about 65 miles one way and delivered the car to me at my home. I highly recommend Viva Nissan and would love to buy another car from them with Ivan as the salesman. He is fantastic, the best ever!
