I recently stopped by Rockwall County Volkswagen to test drive a VW Arteon, I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and genuinely taken care of. A huge shoutout to my amazing saleswoman Laporsha she was patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. She made the whole process feel easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated. The finance managers, Drew and Azhar, were equally fantastic. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I got the best deal possible without any pressure or surprises. I had the opportunity to work with Drew at Audi Dallas last year and he continues to be equally as friendly, knowledgeable and overall great experience. During this transaction I worked more with Azhar, and he was equally amazing! Very detailed, and takes his time to explain all of the numbers in Finance and helps you add additional coverages like an extended warranty and GAP, but most importantly he’s very straight forward about the coverages, provides a great price for them and really is interested in what is best for the customer. Lastly, I want to thank Sam, the sales manager, for running such a professional and friendly team. Sam and stepped in and made sure I had the best deal possible. Sam did not make me feel pressure, and truly also cared about what made me as a customer happy. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here, and it really shows in how they do business. I’m very happy to see this family owned dealership here in our small town of Fate, Texas. They are truly the definition of Southern Hospitality in a car dealership form. HORRIBLE dealership, absolutely do not recommend. Drove to dealership, they did not want to honor online price then tried to add on numerous random bogus fees to car. The salesman Jermaine did not have a clue about sales and definitely was not a good representative for us. We finally negotiated over the phone the following day and was told to drive over to sign paperwork then 30 minutes into our drive was told car had sold. Watch their hidden fees and question the fees and interest rates, they definitely bear to be watched.

My salesman, Ivan, was awesome, as was the dealer for my purchase of a new 2025 Nissan Kicks SR AWD in beautiful Arctic Ice Blue from Viva Nissan in El Paso, TX. Ivan is the very best salesman I have ever dealt with in my over the 50 years of new car buying, and the purchase of my 5th Nissan, and 2d Kicks. Viva Nissan gave me a discounted price from the MSRP price, online through the Navy Federal Credit Union’s “True Car” program and stuck to it. Ivan didn’t add a bunch of extra charges beyond the MSRP that I didn’t want, like the other dealers did. I had previously received a non discounted price from a different dealer through the Nissan Buy@Home program, but the dealer would not honor the price. He added over $2,000 in charges, ignored the Nissan deal, and would not use the cheaper sales tax for where I live. Ivan is an excellent and caring salesman who cut through all the negotiation tactics and games that other dealers use. He made it possible for me to do everything online or over the phone. Then, he drove about 65 miles one way and delivered the car to me at my home. I highly recommend Viva Nissan and would love to buy another car from them with Ivan as the salesman. He is fantastic, the best ever!

Dealership LOST $50,000 Cashier check. Blamed me for its loss, demanded I return the vehicle I purchased promising to hold the vehicle until I was able to replace the cashier check (90 days due to bank rules), returned my trade in vehicle damaged by their people and missing keys and parts, relisted the new vehicle for sale a week later. General manager claims I canceled the deal. I did not and was in near daily communication with finance manager. Case was transferred to a "Sales Manager" who took listing down for 2 weeks while I was still trying to replace the lost cashier's check. No communication beyond initial call with "Sales manager" Vehicle relisted again despite promises to hold vehicle. Manager told me I was out of luck. not their problem. I STILL dont have my money, they have damaged my existing truck, and cost me almost a 1000 dollars in damages and fees to correct their issue. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP
