Because of Sabrina at Southwest Nissan, I am convinced I made the right decision in moving away from Ford. The only bad decision was not making my purchase from Southwest Nissan. I purchased my Pro 4X from a dealer who, in my opinion, has proven to lack the integrity that I assumed they had. Promises were broken and phone calls not returned. I was notified of a clerical recall on my truck. With trust broken by the dealer where I made the purchase, I decided to give Southwest Nissan a try. I met with Thomas Miller who, after hearing my concerns, took me streight to Sabrina. She patiently listened to my concerns, investigated the recall, and called me promptly, as agreed, with the solution. She never once said anything bad about the other dealer. Her concern was to win my trust in Southwest Nissan. After a 27 year career in customer service, I am well aware that the people in front of the customer are important.
