Came in for leaking sunroof, told a diagnosis fee of $220 required up front that would be credited to the cost of the repair. Told and estimate of repair would be around $600. This was not even in the ballpark of estimated cost. would have had no Problem with a $800 cost, that would be within reason. at $4000 I would not have had the estimate completed. Service manager offered a 11% discount on fee to my wife. I called and he offered a 16% discount to me. I would have accepted a 50% discount as I thought this was generous since the service provider completely misrepresented the estimate. More
