He and the finance person went out of their way to get me a good deal on a reasonable monthly payment and warranty. Very quick to get financed here. It took them less then an hour and drove home very happy with my purchase.

Good luck getting assistance after your purchase. I’ve called and left messages as well as stopped by to see Jerry and no response or assistance. Terrible customer service. Sadly the service Dept is no better. After selling me a car with an open recall they took two days to get my recall done and then returned the vehicle with a broken splash guard. Service advisor Will attempted to tell me the vehicle was made with a right splash guard but not a left. What a joke. Used car manager was no better. The experience just gets worse and no one at the dealership even cares. Do yourself a favor and drive a little further to the next dealership. There is a reason they are rated 1.6 overall

2015 Ram 3500 Cummins/Aisin. The truck developed a rough idle after another dealer performed recall 67A. About 15 minutes after setting the appointment on-line, I got a call from Robert Buckly. He said, "I noticed you made an appointment for Friday and your out of town. You really don't want that because we are so busy your truck may get stuck here over the weekend. Bring it in tomorrow (Wednesday)." I was shocked that ANY service center would care that much to call me to re-schedule. When I arrived I could see that the dealership was extremely loaded with work. Robert said they have been slammed for a couple of years with the growth in Georgetown. He said we will get to your truck as quickly as possible. They gave me ride to the car rental. The NEXT day Robert called said they tested all the injectors, the fuel, the fuel delivery system, they cannot find any rough idle. And we talked about the recent recall and some other work that has been done to the truck. I drove the truck and it seemed to run fine. I don't know what it was that caused the rough idle but it was gone. Robert said to see the cashier and wished be a Merry Christmas. At the cashier, the bill was ZERO. I asked what about the tech time, I need to pay for his time. She said NO CHARGE. I was amazed. They not only got my truck in early, spent time looking for a transient problem, and then did not charge me. I will always to the Mac Haik Dodge in Georgetown. And I really appreciate Robert Buckly. We are from south Texas and we were in Mount Pleasant visiting my son . As we were getting ready to head south our air conditioning on our 2023 expedition started to act up and only blow hot air . 3:00 pm on a Friday and 500 miles from home and heater on full blast would have been an unbearable drive. We rolled in to dealership and I must say I have never been treated better. They took it in and worked their magic and an hour later we had cold ac and vehicle was fixed . I know its under warranty and however we bought our vehicle in south texas . They could of easily said we are busy come back Monday however they went above and beyond. I offered to pay or sign whatever and they said its all been taken care of. This dealership was a blessing and will see us again when we are in need . THANK YOU ELLIOTT AUTO GROUP SERVICE DEPARTMENT

John Ochoa was my salesman. He lied to me when I purchased a vehicle there when I asked for my copy of the paperwork to my new vehicle they didn’t give it to me an they changed the price on me on the vehicle without telling me they just had me sign the papers telling me like like everything was as it was, when we spoke in the beginning an I trusted them. I never got no copies to the new vehicle that I purchased so I messaged John right away the next day and I told him was I ever going to get my copies. The guy had told me that I would get them the next day which was the finance manager. They lied. John ignored my calls. I told him look I need to see the paperwork to make sure that all the numbers match up as I was told he said oh they didn’t give you a copy I said no they didn’t. You were there I told you before I left and I told you If I wasn’t going to get the copies. I was gonna bring the vehicle back because I didn’t know that the numbers were right which is the purchase price of the vehicle went so in the APR they never even told me what my APR. all They just said I was approved and I had got finance by a bank, not even telling me which bank I had traded in a BMW. It only had 10,000 miles in brand new condition and they lied about the appraised value to it, and then at the end of the day they sold my vehicle without my knowledge I tried getting a hold of him throughout the weekend. He kept putting me off is just a liar and he’s not to be trusted. I spoke with AJ. His name is Alex and he’s the GM. He told me if I hadn’t wrote a bad review he would’ve been able to help me but what I couldn’t understand was how are you gonna help me if y’all sold my vehicle over the weekend when I was trying to return your vehicle back that I had just purchased the very next day John kept ignoring me I had a bad feeling that y’all had lied to me because y’all never gave me the paperwork and I went to school With John Ochoa, I trusted him and he lied to me with a smile. These people are not to be trusted. This is a very terrible dealership. I would never recommend or ever buy from them myself. My name is Rene Rivera. Take it from me. They fooled me and they tricked me just to make a quick buck . Alex defended them the GM. These people don’t have integrity do Yourself a favor and pick a different dealership it’ll be worth it. Worst experience ever for repairs. Took the vehicle into be repaired came back needing more repairs besides the one we took it in for and was dropped when being repaired by the dealership didn’t contact us to inform us of what happened. Turned them into the BBB got a reply from the general manager Chase Bradley to contact him for a resolution for the problems they caused . Have left ma y voice messages and written messages with no answer on the phone number he gave us to call. Just another one of their ways to get out of doing what is right! Will not return to Pegasus dealership . Letting all we know not to trust or use the dealership either. We’re retired on fixed incomes and the 3000$ we paid for repairs which weren’t completed could be used as a return investment to getting the work done somewhere knowable .
