i took my 22 Challenger in for service and car wash and left it for at least 7 days and they never washed it. They asked me to leave it another day to wash it and when I went to pick it up i find a dirty car. this is after a 60 mile one way trip. not good I have purchased several vehicles at this dealership but might question another. Dealership added a $3995.00 package of unwanted items and service with no option. Underhanded sales tactics. If dealership would run a honest sales deal it would save a customer around a $100.00 a month and would draw in more customers. Shady tactics!

Took my ‘19 RAM in for oil change, safety recall, and fluid flushes. The job only took about 4 hours, but I was expecting more, so had my son pick me up so I did not have to wait on it all day. But, before I got back home, they called and said it was ready to be picked up. I wish they would have let me know they were almost finished before I troubled my son. Other than that, the work was done professionally and timely.

First time that I have been to this dealership. They are a smaller dealership; but the interaction with the service manager was as attentive and professional as any other dealership I have dealt with in the past. The initial length of time till diagnosis of the issues that we brought our vehicle in for was a longer than anticipated. However, the service manager warned us up front of a backlog in diagnostics. It was our decision to leave the vehicle there anyway. Initial repairs were completed satisfactorily and additional service is scheduled. We'll go back here when future problems arise.

BEWARE! The salesman are a bunch of scam artists it was my first time to buy from a dealership and I was thinking I could trust salesman I have never been so wrong in my life! The line by line charges were not gone over with me or explained on the paperwork knowing that & they took full advantage & even distracted us by asking for more information & rushed us over to finance before we could review the deal line by line. Finance didn't go over line by line items & was slick about making sure you didn't catch that they added $2000 mixed up in all the several documents to sign. What appeared to be the deal we verbally discussed once I got home & reviewed the paperwork & the numbers didn't add up & I realized I'm financing $2000 more than what we discussed. DO NOT TELL THEM HOW MUCH CASH you can put down or base off your trade in get a walk out of price first. Do not tell them you plan to put down cash until you get to finance so they can't change the price to take your money on unnecessary charges. I'm stuck paying $2,000 more worth of upgrades & trim that was already factory on the truck. They did not upgrade the factory trim they just charged me for it. They didn't even clean all the previous owner's stuff out of it. They added the extra "upgrades" they didn't do to the total sales because I put a good down payment & that went straight in their pocket! I'm having to pay taxes and interest on that extra $2000 worth of factory upgrades they didn't do, it wasn't cleaned out & the touch up paint job they did on scratches sucks & will have to be redone! I had previously looked at a used truck a month or so ago that the transmission was about to fall out of it & they didn't have all these upgrades added to it & I wasn't putting much cash down!!! They were trying to jump thru hoops to get me to buy a clunker. So beware cash talks & these crooks will take advantage!

He and the finance person went out of their way to get me a good deal on a reasonable monthly payment and warranty. Very quick to get financed here. It took them less then an hour and drove home very happy with my purchase.

Tomball Dodge is place filled with cheater and frauds. I bought a car from them in Dec 2024. They did a fraud on Financing, they even did not provide all paper work and when we call them back there are no response. They even don't respect their advertised price. They cheat you with your credit score and even they pass your credit report to other companies without your permission. These are some example of cheat and fraud. Stay away and don't do any business with them.

We are from south Texas and we were in Mount Pleasant visiting my son . As we were getting ready to head south our air conditioning on our 2023 expedition started to act up and only blow hot air . 3:00 pm on a Friday and 500 miles from home and heater on full blast would have been an unbearable drive. We rolled in to dealership and I must say I have never been treated better. They took it in and worked their magic and an hour later we had cold ac and vehicle was fixed . I know its under warranty and however we bought our vehicle in south texas . They could of easily said we are busy come back Monday however they went above and beyond.
