We have a break down last Saturday. After speaking to Janna in service dept at Donald’s GMC in Silsbee TX, we opted to bring truck in to Jasper TX dealer, Lake Country Chevrolet which ended up being a huge mistake. They, for whatever reason, didn’t or couldn’t find where it was warranty work. That was on Monday then Tuesday morning we arrived with a tow truck to pick up truck, still sitting on lot in back. Next thing we know we’re headed to the cashiers office finding out we were being charged $150 for them diagnosing the problem. Janna spoke to service person, Lauren, in Jasper trying to help her how to find where it’s warranty work. That went downhill in a hurry. Next we end up in managers office, Jim McCastland, due to us refusing to pay $150….FOR WARRANTY WORK!! Last thing, we were told in no uncertain words…DON’T EVER COME BACK HERE!! And at same time slammed down our keys on his desk. Those words came from Jim McClastland himself!! We wouldn’t go back to that dealer if they were the last one on earth!!! Janna in Silsbee was kept in the loop. We took truck to her and problem was correct within the hour…back on the road…problem solved!! Donald’s GMC has the best service department and Janna is #1 with us!! Can’t praise her enough!!
