First of all this is Chisom, not Jaclyn. Manufacturer guidelines? It takes you a week to understand and be able to comprehend what I’m disgusting and describing after being shown at three different times in person what the actual activator with the back lift gate those are not having anything to do with manufacturing guidelines that is not communicating and understanding what you’re being told or shown. As far as the screen issues, we have multiple Ro’s with screen problems. If the screens are staying on while and after exiting the vehicle and the vehicle being turned off or locked there is an issue. If the vehicle is behind on software updates and you have been told and seen that this vehicle has to be plugged into the computer to get it to take an update, there again is a problem. We won’t even go more on with the other issues. Chisom

As we have notified you a part has been ordered for back hatch. We cannot duplicate other concerns without duplication it is hard to fix. I am sorry you feel as you do as that is not our desire. All of our customers are important to us.

I believe the reason for my low rating, is greatly misunderstood, please allow me to clarify. I do fully understand it is difficult to duplicate pops, knocks, and random issues; but after more than a week of sitting in the dealership parking lot, with videos of the issues, notes, comments, explanations, and many RO’s to support in the past year of the same issues I would have expected a little more effort in finding the issues. Although, yes I am greatly appreciative of the notification on the smallest issue, again after a week.
