Super happy with the 2025 Crosstrek Wilderness model. Very professional in the way they handled the transaction. I have purchased numerous vehicles and this by far was exceptional. It is very refreshing to see a dealership who is honest and transparent in doing business. Car dealerships are not created equal as honor and integrity in the way they do business is not the business model for some dealerships. Because of how I was treated I highly recommend this dealer and I drove 88 miles to complete this deal. To the entire staff at Darrell Waltrip keep up the good work. I had been looking for a small truck with low miles and a manual transmission. I wanted a basic no-frills truck to keep for the long haul. I had been looking on AutoTader.com, Cars.com, and CarGurus.com. I would find trucks and call but they would be gone shortly after they were listed. I happened to be driving by Stan McNabb Chevrolet and saw a little black GMC Canyon and looked in the window, and it had a manual transmission. They weren’t open so I went home and looked online and saw that it had 45k miles and was priced right with a good Carfax. I called and talked to Don McKay and decided to go test drive it. It was what I was looking for and I was happy with the price. I already had financing arranged but they got a lower rate for me. It was a no-hassle transaction with none of the expected upsell drama. They listened to what I wanted and did exactly that. Danny Veirs was also involved because Don was working with another customer who came in the same time as me asking for him. I’ll come back the next time I’m looking for a vehicle and give them another shot.
