Just purchased a 2004 Honda Ridgeline from sales rep Craig Smith. He greeted me outside in the lot, listened to what I wanted and took me to the vehicle I eventually purchased. He was friendly, professional, and did not try to upsell anything. As someone who usually dreads the new car purchase process, my whole experience at Dick Brooks was not what I have encountered at other dealership. Efficient, professional and straightforward best describes my experience. The dealership accommodated my unusual new car pickup/delivery request without hesitation.

DO NOT BUY HERE!!! So I was in a horrible accident. T boned destroying my truck and super excited I came here to get a brand new car when I recovered. I checked my credit score next day and they ran hard credit checks 17 times in a row that very afternoon and destroyed my credit my advisors had me return the car immediately in hopes it would help but it didn’t. I had to hire a team over two thousand dollars to help me fix this mess. Do not come here and wind up like me I warn you guys check and pay for Experian because you might not know your hard credit score but they ran 17 hard credit checks and I have the photo evidence of all 17. Went from 800 to 460 so listen to a banged up excited first time buyer of a brand new vehicle. It broke my heart and soul

My car was making a faint clicking sound and needed some attention. My experience with the service center was excellent from speaking with the customer service experts Chloe, and Renee to chatting with service advisor Edward Anderson. The time spent on waiting for the issue to be resolved was a little lengthy even with an appointment, but the technician was able to duplicate the noise and resolve the problem. Infiniti of Greenville's facility is very modern and the wait time was less of a pain due to the comfort of the facility, they also provide a nice outside waiting area if you like basking in the sun. Always be as specific as possible with your needs and car concerns when speaking with the professionals and they will definitely do their best in making sure your car leaves better than when it came. I left with a smile!

*****Edit to original review***** I originally purchased a used vehicle from this dealership on Monday 08/12/2024 and on 08/15/2024 I was left stranded due to a component failure with the vehicle. I contacted the dealership and informed them of the situation and requested the vehicle be fixed. A short time later, I was contacted by the General Manager, Bruce Johnson. Mr. Johnson worked with me as well as the Chevrolet dealership my truck was stuck at. The part my truck needed was backordered. Mr. Johnson checked in almost daily to update me on the process of locating the backordered GM part. Within a few days, Mr. Johnson and the team at Team Dodge Myrtle Beach located the part and had it shipped overnight to the Chevrolet dealership where my truck was located. Mr. Johnson remained in contact with me after my truck was fixed to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. By far the best customer service I have ever received from a car dealership, and I will trust them with future purchases. This dealership will make sure you are happy with your purchase and will work to fix any issues should any arise. I am 100% happy I shopped at Team Dodge Ram of Myrtle Beach.

I took my truck to Lugoff after my local Ford dealer in Sumter kept my truck for six days with an insufficient diagnosis and solution.
