I originally purchased a used vehicle from this dealership on Monday 08/12/2024 and on 08/15/2024 I was left stranded due to a component failure with the vehicle. I contacted the dealership and informed them of the situation and requested the vehicle be fixed. A short time later, I was contacted by the General Manager, Bruce Johnson. Mr. Johnson worked with me as well as the Chevrolet dealership my truck was stuck at. The part my truck needed was backordered. Mr. Johnson checked in almost daily to update me on the process of locating the backordered GM part. Within a few days, Mr. Johnson and the team at Team Dodge Myrtle Beach located the part and had it shipped overnight to the Chevrolet dealership where my truck was located. Mr. Johnson remained in contact with me after my truck was fixed to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase.
By far the best customer service I have ever received from a car dealership, and I will trust them with future purchases. This dealership will make sure you are happy with your purchase and will work to fix any issues should any arise. I am 100% happy I shopped at Team Dodge Ram of Myrtle Beach.
