We have purchased 2 cars from Thely she always takes her time breaking down the purchasing process and answers your questions. Everytime I come in for an oil change or maintenance for our vehicles Thely always sees us and comes and says hi, asks how we are doing and the kids. She remembers us even outside of Vaden Nissan and is always so pleasant. We always recommend her to all of our friends and family. She has left such a great impression on us and shows that her job is not just a job. The service department is also amazing they keep you updated on your service and answer any questions. When I checked in with the service advisor and gave him my name he looked up my records. Then he said, so this is your first visit with us? I said no this my third visit. After I went to the customer lounge he came in for me to sign a paper. Then he said, just so you know, this is your last free oil change. I said no it’s not, you better go back and do some research. He came back a few minutes later and apologized and said that I was right. I don’t think this young man knew much about your system.

My Mazda6 stopped switching gears while driving. Fred Anderson Mazda immediately took my car in, completed a full evaluation, and began repairs pretty quickly. The staff are kind and generous, and one provided transportation to the rental location free-of-charge. It was initially suggested that it may take quite some time before the car would be finished, but they finished in only a few days! My Mazda6 was well taken care of and now driving smoother than before.

Courteous. The only issue I had was that there was a coupon for oil change and rotation for $80.75. They could not get it to work but did give me and a lady a 20% discount which made the oil and rotation cost $89.20. No one tried to explain why the better coupon didn't work.

David Jourden and Tim Wilson went above and beyond the call on my behalf. I came in with a broken skid plate hanging off the bottom of my 2017 Buick LaCrosse. David quickly identified the problem and asked Tim if he had a replacement part Turns out the skid plate I needed is no longer used by Buick. None were in stock at the dealership. Tim went online and found one with a two-day delivery. When the new skid plate arrived David called me and I came out. The Ssrvice Department hapoened to be short-staffed tha afternoon. David installed the new skid plate for me himself. David and Tim are two gentlemen who went out of their way to help me. I'm sure their customer-centered response to my need is indicative of the responsiveness of the entire Service staff to customer needs. I'm very grateful to David and Tim. Well done! Murray Howard

I've always had great customer service with the team from Myrtle Beach Kia. Keith was the latest member of the sales team to help me. Keith took the time to help me resolve my issue with the clock on my Kia Niro. The clock kept resetting the time every time I charged the Niro. Keith just had me check daylight savings time on the setting page. I was checking another box as well. We then went and charged my Niro. After the charge the clock stayed set! Great job Keith!

Very happy with the final outcome on the replacement of an AC Condenser unit on my GV80. Had to contact Brett who has always been helpful to get the car dropped off in a reasonable amount of time. Communication on progress was awesome, received a loaner vehicle, Brett went above and beyond as he always does. The repair took a long time, but very pleased with the work which was complicated with having to take the dashboard out to install the part.
