So impressed that I knew I needed to jump on here and write it publicly! Ricky was incredibly friendly and professional, answered ALL of my questions (and I had A LOT), texted me with updates as my car was being serviced, chatted with me after the service to explain what all was done and helped explain when to schedule future services!
