I had an issue with my Volvo when visiting PA. I live in TX. They could not have been more accommodating. Lisa in Service was very nice, keeping me posted as to when they might get to my car. I figured I'd be there all day, but my car's issue was diagnosed, handled and I was on my way home by noon. My 4th Volvo and I've previously had service in NJ, PA, TX, and GA. But to get "walk-in" service and be handled promptly is a real treat. Thanks to Lisa & Ken Pollock Volvo.

Excellent used car buying experience. We had a check list of what criteria we wanted in a used car. white or light color, 75000 miles or less, one or two owner. well maintained, no accidents, and a complete Carfax history. As we began our search it appeared our list was simply too stringent and we would have to make some major compromises, the results were dismal, frustrating, disheartening. As we were checking out the different car dealers with zero results, on a whim we pulled into Faulkner Volvo to see if they even had a used vehicle to look at. We were approached by Regan,(sales rep) and ran through our check list expecting another disappointing dealer visit when Regan said he had a great used car on their lot that he believed met our requirements. So okay we took the bait and said sure lets take a look what he had. Five minutes later he pulls up to the front of the showroom in a 2019 white Honda civic single owner car with 51,000 miles, beautifully maintained, with a complete carfax history, accident free AND within our price point, SOLD. My/Our one concern was service or repair costs being what they are these days, so we sat down with Caleb worked out a very competitive financing package and who also thoroughly explained an extended service warranty that would cost roughly the amount of one major repair, but cover the car for 60,000 miles, we opted in knowing a warranty is a true investment.in this day and age. The chat bot, or whatever, told me it was not available but would help me find another car. Greg tracked me down somehow and then it was smooth sailing. May want to fix your chat bot.

I recently had my Volvo serviced at Ray Price Volvo in the Poconos, and the experience was nothing short of terrible. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that customer service is not a priority here. No one greeted me as I pulled into the service drive with my 16-month-old daughter. Even as I unbuckled her from her car seat, we were completely ignored. Eventually, someone from the shop walked past without acknowledgment, and after waiting, I was finally assisted by Janice Stiff, the service manager. Janice’s customer service skills are appalling. I came in for a full synthetic oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection, but my concerns were dismissed, and I felt judged for driving an older, high-mileage vehicle. She didn’t bother to explain the technician’s recommendations for repairs or provide an estimate before abruptly telling me my car was ready. It was clear she assumed I wouldn’t proceed with repairs simply because of my vehicle’s age—a biased and discriminatory attitude that I found deeply offensive. To make matters worse, the dealership used “Mazda 5W-30 Conventional” oil in my vehicle, which does not meet the ACEA A1/B1 specifications required by my Volvo’s manual. While I did not address this mistake with Ray Price Volvo, I have contacted Volvo corporate about the issue. If a Volvo dealership cannot even perform a basic oil change correctly, how can you trust them to handle more critical and complex repairs safely? Janice Stiff’s lack of professionalism and the dealership’s overall incompetence have seriously damaged my trust in the Volvo brand. I had been strongly considering purchasing a new Volvo as a replacement for our totaled Subaru, but this experience has completely turned me off. I strongly recommend going elsewhere for service. A dealership that treats customers like second-class citizens and makes fundamental mistakes cannot be trusted to prioritize safety or deliver the quality of service expected from Volvo. Avoid Ray Price Volvo at all costs.

Bait and switch/false advertising. - me

Bait and switch/false advertising. Dealer sends me coupons but does not honor them despite the email stating "For your vehicle (and my vin number indicated there)." This is going on for 4 years now and not once have they honored their coupons. I am done with the lies. I will seek another dealer that is honest and does not play that bait and switch/false advertising game with the consumer. Diagnosis information in regard to tires and brakes stated that my front brakes and front tires have less wear than my rear brakes and rear tires. Everyone knows that the front tires and brakes always wear faster than the rears. Incompetent service people. The paperwork also stated the oil type used and that was wrong oil for my vehicle. Stay away from this dealer if you want good competent service.

I would highly recommend VSC, as well as their other dealerships. While I ultimately did not purchase the XC90, Reid made the process very easy and straight forward. Everything was handled over the phone and by email, including the trade. While the price was spot on, unfortunately in the end we just couldn't come to grips with the very light interior. That of course was on us and not the VSC.
