My lease was due to expire in September 2026, and my mileage was approaching the max. Out of nowhere, Antwian called me at the PERFECT time with the PERFECT deal. I was quite surprised and equally impressed that he also remembered those little key details as to why I love Volvo. The next thing you know, he seamlessly and effortlessly got me into another Volvo in a matter of days. I’m so glad that I made the switch to Keystone Volvo and met Antwian! Sales service was fine, but post-sales service is unacceptable. The title and registration department is disorganized-and slow; it is extremely poor and a big let down. It felt as if they completely lacked accountability. Their third party vendor is reaching out to me a month and a week after the purchase for more documentation with emergency timeline during the holiday season to make it quick before the temp tag expires which was never explained before during the sales process. I would expect this message to be reviewed and for someone to reach out to me to work toward a resolution, rather than letting it go unanswered. More
