Just leased my second Mini Cooper S and I can't say enough good things about Peter Barcus. When I settled on what I wanted and sent out a few inquiries, no one at any dealer matched Peter in professionalism, responsiveness, knowledge and cut-to-the-chase approach. He got right to a terrific offer, answered a lot of questions and made the entire process a seamless pleasure. I am not usually a fan of the car acquisition experience, but this was materially different, and I would recommend going right to Peter if you are in the market for a Mini, which, by the way, is a great little car.

Everyone I spoke with was incredibly forthright, knowledgeable, and helpful; they were customer-oriented and seeking to get me what was needed and best. From the first person who answered the phone, to the service receptionist, to the service coordinator Charles Carter, they were all very attentive and kind. Charles Carter got the needed work done quickly and also had a thorough exam done of other related things, then sent me a short video showing it all with explanations. He was great! I've usually gone to a small service place near my house, but from now on, I think I'm going to make the extra drive to go to Spitzer! Fantastic!
